• Eve (8/5): Apart from the car park, absolutely loved it! - Brilliant location. Charming apartment. Car park is appalling (especially the location of this apartments car park) and very challenging. I have a very very small car (Suzuki Swift) and if you park within the lines and properly you cannot get into your car if the person next to you also parks properly. The car park space is a pseudo double motorbike space.
• Asha (5/5): - Location There were no cups or utensils in the kitchen I couldn't prepare a meal so had to eat out, the whole reason I booked an apartment was to not eat every meal out.

• Marcus (4/5): Underwhelming - Wasn’t vacuumed, there was a smell upon entry. Didn’t really feel clean. Really dark inside, doesn’t really show it on the pictures. The onsite parking was ridiculously tight, had to enter the car through the window dukes of hazard style one morning

• Sonja (10/5): CityBeach living at its best - Located right in the heart of st Kilda with coffee shops, vibey restaurants, tram, beach, grocery store all meters away. Lovely personal welcome and the unit was clean and comfortable. The parking was a little tight so leave your car at home. You don’t need one.
• Tracey (1/5): Horrible I will never be back. When I wasn’t at the beach I was in my room - The living room was absolutely disgusting it smelt of a very musty smell I spent my time in the bed room. The apparment was dull. The only room had A/C was the living room which I could not sit in

• Wendy (2/5): Poorly advertised apartment in Melbourne. - Nice location in St Kilda. This apartment advertises a sofa bed for a third guest. On arrival there was no sofa bed and had not been for some time. A woman from the cleaning services brought a mattress from her child’s camp bed for our adult daughter to use. Fresh bedding was also delivered as the quilt/ pillows for missing sofa bed were filthy and badly stained. There was limited availability of other apartments due to high demand as Taylor Swift concerts were on that weekend. This inconvenience affected our short stay in Melbourne. Would not recommend this property.
