Guest (1/5): Won’t recommend - I am writing to express my disappointment with the accommodation I booked for the night through Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was very concerned to find that the property did not meet the standards or description advertised. Specifically, the lawn had not been mowed in weeks and was overgrown past my knees. Inside the house, there was rubbish on the floor, a broken television that appeared quite neglected, socks scattered about, alcohol left on the bench, and hanging laundry obstructing the space. The overall condition was unclean and unsettling, to the point that my friends and I felt frightened rather than comfortable. Due to these issues, which are not reflective of the listing, we decided not to stay and left immediately to find alternative accommodation that was safer and cleaner.

Teresa (5/5): Strange toilet and shower area, as I was expecting ensuit facilities. - no breakfast here, tea was provided but not milk or sugar or coffee No one to meet me there and I did not receive a passcode to enter the building. So I did have to wait for someone already living there to let me in. I rang ph but no answer. Phoning the owner so I could get my keys to my room, a wait of 15minutes. This was a strange experience as a single women, and the permanent resident (male) helped me contact owner, which was fortunate.

Sedman (10/5): Many thanks :) - The manager was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, the bed was comfortable the other guests were friendly, the door had an extra simple security lock on the inside. A large window gave a feeling of extra space. The shared lounge area allowed me to relax before retiring. Possible the bed could have been in the opposite direction this would have allowed the street light to fall at the end of the bed instead of shining on ones head.

Gabriel (1/5): The place is nowhere to be found (imaginary) It is a fraud! - Finding the place was not possible, and calling the place returned no answer on the arraival date. We had, the day before been in concact with the propriotor, but he was nowhere to be reached on the arriaval date in spite of repeated calls. This is surprising, that the place is on booking. com. The place does not excist, the owner cannot be reached, and we had to book another hotel - so booking.com actually owes us this one.

Even if you look the handle and hook it - Clean kitchen, big space to hang, rooms were booked next door to eachother 2 rooms booked and in one room we woke up to a man (we think was staying the night) peeking through the door we locked and had stuff agents, we had 2 nights booked but only stayed one because of this. The bathroom was a little dirty and only had lukewarm water for my shower.

Lumholt (3/5): Poor - This is not a guest house, but a room in a shared apartment. The room was clean, but the rest of the apartment was very dirty, and the bathroom leaked water out to the hallway. The room wasn't prepared when I arrived at the check-in time.

Mila (1/5): A nightmare stay in a filthy room that we couldn’t wait to leave. - Just the location to go the airport It was horrible! Renting a place that dirty should be illegal! The bed sheets hadn’t been washed; it was disgusting! You can see the photos! The toilet—🤮—I don’t even know what to say. The photos speak for themselves. Thank goodness we only had to stay for about five hours! We booked this place because we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport. We arrived around midnight and left at 5:30 AM. Luckily, we had some clean bed sheets with us to cover the dirty bed, but we didn’t have a blanket, and it was disgusting to even consider using theirs. So we slept in our jackets and jeans! But it was freezing. I couldn’t even use the filthy bathroom, although I really needed to. I waited until we got to the airport! I can’t believe I paid $100 for such a horrible experience. Save yourself from this nightmare
Emma (1/5): Worst Possible Stay. Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated. - This property is close to their airport, that was the only thing mildly pleasing about this property. This is a long term stay property for several people. This is clear from the items left in the kitchen area. The outside is severely un-kept, dirty, messy yard, no parking available, keys in padlocks on bars outside the entry. The bedrooms have all been painted white to appear tidy. There was a horrible smell in the bedroom which meant we had to leave the window open, which was not ideal because it was cold. The bathroom/s were the worst of all, dried toothpaste on the floor and bin, a single wet bathmat was provided, hair clippings were in the sink - this was all on arrival. You also couldn't be in the shower at the same time as another person as the water would go cold and loose pressure. We booked for 2 nights, but refused to stay the 2nd night. If we had time and additional funds to book an emergency stay for both nights, we would have. After contacting the property owner, they agreed to provide a refund. After several attempts to get a response, they finally made contact and stated they paid, however no funds were received.
