Car space included. Quiet neighbourhood a plus. Everything is very well presented with considerate inclusions above and beyond many accommodations. Private and secure room. Hot water, good pressure, good shower heads, ample space for toiletries etc, good towels. Great provisions in kitchenette, even ice in icecube trays. Good WiFi. Large TV including Netflix with a remote that works. Ample power points. Choice of pillows. Easy access upon arrival with key lock box. Iron & ironing board, and hair-dryer if needed. Hangers in closet. For me there was nothing not to like about this accommodation. (May not be best choice for someone with extra large girth as shower is quite compact).

• Łukasz (8/5): - Dobrze wyposażony domek, sklepy w bliskiej odległości, Netflix. Niedługo po przyjeździe zza mebli kuchennych wyszedł ogromny pająk. W oknach brak moskitiery, nie można więc wietrzyć pokoju.

• Liane (8/5): Clean, centrally located unit - The unit was located centrally and was clean. Television was very slow to respond when changing channels. The unit was two steps up from the footpath so there was a bit of street noise with passing cars and people walking by the front door but I guess this is to expect when the location is close to town.
• Jun Yi (9/5): - Room was very cozy with a desk and nightstand. The neighborhood was quiet and there were shops and resturants a very short walk away. Bus routes also very close to get to CBD and across the city. The washroom shower had a very slow moving drain, which lead to the water level overflowing during showers.

• Shu Wen (8/5): Excellent stay - Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with cutlery, cooking utilities, towels, toiletries etc. Cleaning team were very helpful when I struggled with the lock. Close to buses to the city, convenience stores & restaurants. Has a nice running path nearby to southbank. Overall a prety safe neighbourhood Dark roads (hardgrave street and montague road) to get back to the studio. Not ideal for solo travellers wanting to stay out late

• Ilya (9/5): Good place to stay - The location was perfect—right in the heart of Brisbane and within walking distance to everything we needed, from grocery stores to bars, cafes, and a great selection of restaurants. The studio was just the right size for two people, with a smart layout that made it feel comfortable and not cramped. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, giving off a fresh and welcoming vibe from the moment we arrived. The bed was super comfy—exactly what we needed after long days exploring the city—and we both slept really well. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and excellent value. We’d definitely book it again! There were a couple of minor issues, like a broken hand towel holder in the bathroom and the air conditioning unit making some creaky noises while running, which caused a bit of disturbance during the night. However, these seemed like easy fixes and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

The cottage was private, quiet a night, Reminded me of a mini Queens lander! Comfortable all round. Meghan and Craig were very approachable to help with an unexpected cyclone! accommodating my forced change of plans. The long anxious wait re Cyclone Alfred!!

• Jacob (9/5): Affordable, private and practical, just be aware of noise from other units. - Great location, great parking, very neat, clean and tidy, functional. Very friendly and easy to communicate with the host. Noise from the other units, walls are thin and you can hear everything, people next to me were watching movies till 2am, luckily I had earplugs. Not really a fault of the accommodation, probably quite common with this setup but worth noting.

• Serifina (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great little base for visiting Brisbane, super central with lots of great cafes/bars/restaurants/etc within walking distance. The space was both practical and stylish, whilst also being homey and cosy. Really enjoyed our stay here and Craig was lovely and very helpful. Would stay again! Nothing, everything was perfect!
