Guest Reviews
- Nina (9/5): - I fully recommend the place! :) It's a comfortable apartment in a nice area, near the metro station. The closing mechanism of the balcony windows could be repaired.
- Oshi (6/5): - The apartment facilities and closer to public transport were good. Check in process was made so difficult. The contact point didn't have WhatsApp so incurred lot of overseas call charges as the agent failed to understand what a Bank account means. The electricity kept going off for no reason.
- Oleksandr (7/5): Good - It was easy to get into apartment. It totally satisfied our needs. We got everything we expected from it. Facilities really require a renovation. Teapot cap, towel hook, shower mount... a few other things we noticed.
- Gergana (5/5): It could be better - The location was very good, close to two metrostations, supermarkets, nice restaurants and coffee shops. It was very comfortable that the flat has another small bedroom for our daughter. The kitchen was equipped very well. Is good that there was air conditioner. The bathroom is dangerous because the step for the shower area is big and you don't have any handle while coming down. May be an anti-slip doormat will be good decision. The shower stand wasn't fastened well to the wall, it could falls on somebody's had. One of the external blinds didn't work and was very sunny also at the evenings is not very comfortable being watched by the neighbors. At the first evening the TV broke. We reported everything, they said that they will send someone to fix the things, but nobody comes. We are not satisfied by the cleaning, when we arrived there was dust at the shelves.
- Jennifer (10/5): The flat was roomy, with a nice balcony. I would stay here again! - The location was not in a tourist area, which was nice. The street was quiet with great cafes and restaurants around it and was an easy bus or metro ride to downtown.
- Martha (9/5): Good location, nice space, easy to find! - The apartment has a very good location close to many stores (supermarkets, bakeries, cafes etc) was very well equipped and easy to find. Has a balcony and air-conditioning. The people who handle the bookings might not be very responsive, so keep in mind to reach out in advance if you need any specific information.
- Lorenzo (7/5): Good -
- Jane (1/5): Dreadful place - To be totally honest, nothing. The ‘bad’ things were too bad The blocked drain under the sink flooding the kitchen floor.
The heavy blind falling down from the ceiling hitting my husband. It had clearly happened before.
Reported it - heard nothing back.
The dangerous bathroom that genuinely would not get past a building inspector in NZ. I’m a UK 4 and the distance between the shower glass and toilet is the length of my foot. There’s nothing to hold onto as you twist to step out onto a tiled floor.
The shower head bracket is broken.
The very tatty dinning chairs, terrible main bed with springs that actually did make loud noises if you turned over.
The fact you had to clean it completely yourself & dispose of your own rubbish - after 5 days!! Unrealistic. Threat of being charged more if you didn’t.
Booked it ad it advertised a front loader and we’re travelling for 6 weeks - but nowhere to hang washing out, apart from one short wire literally 7ft up the balcony wall! I kid you not.
Broken toilet roll holder and dangerous mat in lounge.
For the record. I only give great reviews normally, but this is a real one to avoid.
- Jaroslaw (8/5): Very good - The flat consists of a spacious living room/kitchen area, a small single bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking a wide and sunny courtyard. It can comfortably host 3 people for a couple of days. The metro station is 8 minutes away and there are also local buses. The flat was very quiet at night and the area had shops, resturants and other things you might need. Don't leave food out in the open -- there are ants who will come eat it. The flat is missing some plates/glasses, one more person visited us and it became very difficult to have a dinner.
- Rodrigo__carvalho (8/5): Very good -
- Nikolai (8/5): Very good - Location was good and easy to find. Was equiped with kitchen stuff which we needed. Very quite place without neighbour noises. Entering instructions were complete and easy to follow. Nearby market not expensive which was on the street next door. Very good transport but pleas don't use the bus. We tried once just to see the city and the bus was overcrowded and take us to the address after more than an hour. With subway normally half an hour. Small items which can't ruin your stay but needs to be mentioned. There were items in the facility which were not working well. Like air conditioner if you set it to 19 degree on heating it becomes 24-5. Also too noisy and can't sleep on it. One of the towel hangs were broken. Sink in the bathroom was like this if you start it normal you got a lot of small drops around and you need to keep it in low volume. Window curtains was unrolling to the floor on their own weight from some point below. And some more similar small stuff but if they were fixed the stay would be more pleasent.
- Mireille (6/5): It was okay, but not great. - Location was good. Close to metro and pleasant neighbourhood. The space of the apartment was good and the interior was cozy. The beds were uncomfortable, there was lots of noise from the neighbours, the lights inside were much too bright in the evening and there was no cosy lampshade- only bright ceiling lights. There were no tea towels in the kitchen and it could have been cleaner.
- Chu-chung (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (10/5): Fantastic spot. - The location is well connected. Staff were very helpful. Accommodation was fantastic. We liked everything.
- Mark (9/5): Nice modern apartment on city outskirts - Great area, location good for outskirts of Barcelona. Parking nearby. Nothing really, would book again
- Anton (8/5): Very good - nice apartments, clean, comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. there were difficulties with communication for check-in, they decided only after calling the Spanish number, keep in mind)
