• Karolina (1/5): - Proximity to the historic areas. When we arrived, we already had issues with the main entrance door to the property it was almost impossible to open. We repeatedly had to ask random people on the street or call neighbors for help just to get inside. Imagine leaving the apartment every day with the fear that you might not be able to return or that it would take an hour of trying to get in. It was incredibly stressful. Once we finally entered the apartment, we immediately noticed that the toilet flush was broken. We contacted the property right away about both issues. Despite a lot of back-and-forth communication during our stay, the toilet remained broken for all 5 days. The main entrance door was only fixed on the evening of day 4. To make things even worse, on our last day there was no running water for the entire morning, and the property took over 2 hours to even respond about the issue. Overall, our stay was a complete nightmare. Poor maintenance, lack of urgency, and unacceptable living conditions completely ruined our trip. I would definitely not recommend this property.

• Karolina (8/5): Dobry na krótki pobyt, polecam - + świetny kontakt z obiektem, apartament był gotowy do zameldowania już rano, co znacznie ułatwiło logistykę, proste bezkontaktowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, + dobre, twarde materace w łożkach + bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchenne, można na spokojnie przygotowywać sobie ciepłe posiłki + lokalizacja prawie w historycznym centrum, obok budynku parking całodobowy lub bezplatne miejsca kilka minut od apartamentu + klimatyzacja w kazdym pokoju, co umozliwilo ogrzanie mieszkania + suszarka, deska, zelazko - wszystko nam sie przydalo - podobnie jak w poniższych opiniach, hałas miasta, bardzo cienkie szyby - jednak po kilku nocach do przyzwyczajenia - okolica wieczorami nie była zbyt przyjemna, duzo imprezowiczow - kilka niedociagniec w mieszkaniu, telewizor, lustra, zaslony lepiej nie dotykać - grozi upadkiem, warto byloby to zamontowac porządniej - mieszkanie nie jest tak idealne jak na zdjeciach, widac lekkie niedociagniecia, po kilku dniach prysznic byl juz zapchany, srednio dzialajaca spłuczka w toalecie.
• Senaat (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Irene (6/5): - Posizione ok non centralissima ma comoda a tutto. La pulizia non era lontanamente perfetta. C erano capelli nel bagno e sulle lenzuola. L appartamento puzzava di chiuso.
• Justine (6/5): Too much hassle to book a 1 nights stay. I won’t be using Del Parque Flats again. - Great location. Apt was clean. I didn’t like the hassle it took to book just for 1 night. ID photos, signed contracts and a €150 deposit which we still don’t have back. Takes about a week. Ridiculous amount.

• Bert (8/5): Goed - De locatie was ideaal Alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Toch wel heel veel lawaai, vooral vd de auto ‘s. Ruit open zetten was eigenlijk niet te doen. De achterste slaapkamer had daar geen last van.

• Ronald (8/5): Prima appartement, goede locatie. - Schoo, ruim appartement op een goede locatie. Rioleringslucht in de badkamer was behoorlijk aanwezig. Op Booking.com wordt het appartement aangeboden met balkon maar dat was er niet.

• claudia (8/5): - Tenía 2 habitaciones y era cómodo Que la ingresar había 7 escalones por subir las maletas antes del ascensor . El lavarropas tenía mucho olor a humedad y hacía un ruido terribles . La puerta de entrada a los departamentos estaba siempre abierta . Y la zona no es de las más lindas
