• Katharina (5/5): War okay für den Preis, aber würde ich nicht nochmal machen. - Die Lage war gut und die Unterkunft war sehr günstig. Der Code für die Haustür wurde eines Nachts geändert und uns wurde kein neuer mitgeteilt. Wir kamen nicht mehr in das Haus. Als wir ankamen stand ein Wäscheständer mit nasser Wäsche im Zimmer. Die Spülmaschine war verschimmelt und ging nicht. Die Mikrowelle funktionierte auch nicht. Der Duschkopf war kaputt. Es gab keine Haken oder ähnliches um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Muy bien conectado El edificio es un edificio antiguo, se ve viejo, mal mantenido, lleno de palomas, estaban en obras, por lo que comenzaban a las 07.00 am ha hacer ruido. En cuanto al departamento, tenía un olor extraño, como a insecticida. Los cobertores de cama y toallas olían a humedad y cuando llegamos había ropa colgada en la habitación.

• laura (9/5): - Posizione estremamente tranquilla e comoda per metro e tram. Mancavano un po' di appendiabiti di quelli a muro, soprattutto in bagno, per asciugamani o vestiti. Magari qualche piatto in più e stoviglie più specifiche (mestoli o posate grandi per cucinare). Anche strofinacci per cucina.

В квартире стояло несколько сушек с бельём - зачем это гостям? В посудомойке была грязная тухлая стоячая вода. Во дворе ремонт, в 7 утра уже бил отбойный молоток с вибрациями по всему зданию. Искусственные деревья в квартире мешали ходить. В ванне очень плохо сливалась вода. Подушки слишком большие - неудобно спать.

• Michael (6/5): Eigentlich schön, aber... - Für uns sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, gute Raumaufteilung und angenehme Größe der Wohnung. Ein sehr voller Wäscheständer mit tropfnaßer Wäsche stand in einem der Schlafräume. Das verursachte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und einen sehr unangenehmen, modrigen Geruch. Zum Glück konnten wir das auslüften. Der Wäscheständer stand dann 3 Tage im Weg... Insgesamt könnte es sauberer sein. Es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung und die Heizkörper konnte man nicht anschalten. Am zweiten Tag standen wir nach einem Ausflug vor verschlossener Haustüre, da der Zutrittscode nicht funktionierte. Nach einigen Versuchen per Telefon hob eine Dame ab und erklärte mir in knappen Worten, dass der Code geändert wurde. Auf meine Frage wann ich denn Bescheid bekommen hätte, sagte sie nur, dass ein Techniker den Code vor 15 Minuten geändert hat. Anschließend sagte sie mir den neuen Code. Ein paar Stunden später traf ich vor dem Haus 3 junge Frauen, die mit ihrem Zutrittscode versuchten in das Haus zu kommen. Sie hatten den neuen Code ebenfalls nicht erhalten...

Mais le chauffage n’était pas celui qui réchauffait le plus. - Le tram juste à l’arrière du bâtiment, et de quoi manger pas loin. Assez proche 7 a 10min a pieds de la station de bus L’entre du bâtiment en reconstruction je suppose ce qui laisse à désirer. Et une odeur de cigarette imposante.

• Rafał (8/5): - Było bardzo czysto i przestronnie. Wszystkie sprzęty działały. Malutka umywalka więc ciężko bo umyć twarz, ale poza tym bo wszystko co jest potrzebne. Przydałoby się lepsze oświetlenie na korytarzu w części wspólnej - powrót po zmroku był trochę utrudniony z tego powodu. Sam apartament był w porządku, mała umywalka w łazience, wszystko inne w najlepszym porządku.

• Nataliya (7/5): Апартаменти гарні, є все необхіднеI, було б добре, якби ще була одіжна шафа, бо замість неї посеред апартаментів стоїть - Гарне розташування - за кілька кроків метро U3, просто за рогом будинку трамвай. Купа маркетів - Lidl, Billa, Bipa та багато дрібних. Зручно, що можна самостійно потрапити в помешкання за допомогою self check-in. Також нам надали можливість раннього заселення - до 8 ранку. Також є все необхідне начиння на кухні і навіть духовка/ дуже зручно. В помешканні стояв стійкий запах сигаретного диму на момент заселення. Він ще довго тримався. Вікно було відчинене і в апартаментах дуже холодно. В кімнаті було прибрано, але штучний вазон був вкритий товстим шаром пилу - довелось протерти самостійно. Поряд два будівельні майданчики і вже о 6:20 дуже гучно.

• KI YUAN (10/5): 精美溫馨的套房 - 雖然我們在這裡只待了一晚，但房間非常舒適，如果有機會再回去維也納，會希望可以再入住。房東訊息回覆很迅速，地點也很好找，附近就有地鐵站．枕頭很舒服，房間空間很夠，也有一些廚具可以使用。

• Victoria (10/5): - Locația a fost excelenta pentru mine. Era aproape de blocul de biologie a Universității din Viena, unde am avut întrunirea. În apropiere sunt multe magazine alimentare și alte mărfuri la prețuri accesibile. Torul a fost bine. Au lipsit unele produse cosmetice, precum șampon, balzam pentru par, gel de duș, dar gazda m-a informat despre acest fapt. Am adus cu mine produsele respective.

• Lucy (7/5): Leaves a bit to be desired - Good size, plenty of space for me for a few days. Great big comfy sofa, really nice to relax on. Quiet at night generally, no traffic noise, good double glazing. Good kitchen with lots of pans, nice shower. The entrance is horrible - i know you can't necessarily control this but I felt unsafe. The bed wasn't great quality although I slept fine - you could put a topper on it maybe? There was no French press, despite it saying there would be. The heating was on full blast when I arrived- 35 on both rooms, which is completely mad. I had to slam the windows open to cool it down. Towel rail and bathroom wall need cleaning.

• Akin (7/5): The apartment itself is so relaxing - The apartment was definitely warm and clean. And we had all the equipment needed within the house. It was really spacious more than expected. Internet connection was terrible. We could only use whatsapp but when we wanted to use other applications it just stopped. We prefered this apartment because it was close enough to the bus terminal but to arrive in stephan platz and etc, it took ages by walking:( the sink in the bathroom was a bit problematic. I think it is stuffed

• Irina (10/5): Thank you for your hospitality! - We liked the location, the large and comfortable kitchen, and the TV with Netflix. We didn't like the radiators and curtains in the bedroom. We'd never seen radiators like that before and didn't know how they worked. On the first day, the curtain stuck to the radiator and had to be lifted onto the windowsill. It's best to warn guests about radiators (many don't know how they work) or cut the curtains so they don't cover them. The designation "top" as an apartment number isn't very clear to people who have never been to Austria. It's not immediately clear that it's an apartment number, so we tried to get into someone else's apartment, unfortunately. In the following days, other guests tried to find their own apartment and didn't understand what "top" meant in their email. We had to open the door for them and tell them we lived there and they needed a different door.

• Claudia (5/5): Sehr gute Lage, aber ein paar Dinge müssten verbessert werden - Lage Betten Aufteilung der Zimmer Unkomplizierter Check-in Frühes Abstellen der Koffer Ameisen in der Küche Kühlschrank hat durchgängig ein sehr unangenehmes Geräusch gemacht Duschkopf war nicht fixierbar Wasser lief nach dem Duschen nur sehr langsam ab Frisch gewaschene Wäsche hing die gesamten Tage in der Küche auf einem Wäscheständer Telefonisch war am Anreisetag niemand erreichbar und es wurde auch nicht auf eine Anfrage reagiert. Toilettendeckel kann nicht geöffnet werden, so dass er beim Toilettengang auf dem Rücken liegen muss Türen waren nur sehr schwer zu schließen. Es handelt sich um keine Wohnungstür, da sie von außen eine Klinke hat

• MERCEDES INÉS (3/5): Acceso inseguro - El apartamento está bien equipado, cuenta con utensilios y elementos para cocinar si así se desea, y estéticamente es lindo y cómodo. Además, se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro, lo que facilita el acceso al centro. Nuestra experiencia fue pésima. Las fotos del alojamiento son engañosas y no reflejan en absoluto la realidad. Si bien el departamento en sí cumple con lo visto en imágenes, nadie informa que se encuentra dentro de un edificio completamente deteriorado y en estado de abandono. El acceso al edificio fue una experiencia muy desagradable y angustiante, especialmente porque viajábamos en familia. El ingreso da miedo: ventanas con vidrios rotos, suciedad, falta total de mantenimiento y una sensación general de inseguridad. Nunca nos habían hecho pasar por algo así al llegar a un alojamiento. Para empeorar la situación, al ingresar nos dejaron un tender con toallas y ropa de cama de los huéspedes anteriores completamente mojadas, lo que nos generó una muy mala impresión en términos de higiene y organización e imposibilitó que pudiéramos secar nuestra ropa. Además, la cantidad de toallas secas que nos dejaron disponibles para usar era menor a la cantidad de huéspedes que nos alojamos en el apartamento. Consideramos que esto es una falta grave de información. El acceso y el estado del edificio son parte fundamental de la experiencia y deberían mostrarse claramente en las fotos y descripción. Adjunto fotos para que se pueda ver la realidad del lugar, ya que no coincide con lo que se publica. Sentimos que fuimos engañados. No lo recomendamos bajo ningún punto de vista.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Nice place for the money - Decently clean and comfortable Small apartment, which is fine. But 2 large drying racks were left out full of sheets and towels taking up lots of space. Inconvenient for 6 people in the space and rolling luggage. I’m sure they would’ve come to take it down if we asked but it’s also inconvenient to have to ask 🤷🏼‍♀️.

• Anastasova (10/5): Найкращій різдвяний відпочинок майже в центрі Відня - Сподобалося реально все: від швидкого реагування на повідомлення власника і його бажання допомагати в любому питанні. Квартира знаходиться в тихому місці, хоча сусідня вулиця з дуже жвавим транспортом, що дуже спрощує візити в центрі міста ( хоча я майже завжди ходила пішки) чи вокзали та аеропорт. Також там знаходиться багато різноманітних супермаркетів, пекарень та інших магазинів. Зручна кухня з багатою кількістю приладдя для готування. Окремий душ від туалету, що дуже спрощує життя. Дві спальні , що розташовані в різних місцях квартири, також допомагає краще відпочивати. А саме головне, так я ми були взимку, ми могли регулювати температуру у кімнаті 🔥. Мої діти також хочуть відвідати Відень і я їм буду рекомендувати ці апартаменти, так як там можна розмістити до 6 осіб. Але ми були втрьох і нам було дуже зручно. Це такий маленький мінус, але було б значно приємніше, коли б на кухні були хоча б в невеликій кількості спецій, сіль, цукор, оцет та олія.

• Diana (1/5): Trotz guter Lage und vernünftiger Einrichtung hat das Thema Sauberkeit alles schöne zerstört. - Beim betreten der Unterkunft kam uns ein muffiger Geruch entgegen - Ein Wäscheständer voller alter Wäsche stand im Schlaf- / Wohnbereich. Die Toilettenbürste war sehr von Toilettenpapier und Kot beschmutzt. Das Bad war voller Haare, der Boden total verschmutzt. Geschirr, Ofen und Bettrahmen waren sehr dreckig. Leider meldete sich trotz mehrere Nachrichten & Anrufe keiner auf unser Anliegen. Man wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Unsere letzte Nachricht am 22.10. sowie der Anruf vom 14.10 blieben unbeantwortet, sodass wir zu dieser Bewertung gezwungen waren und hoffentlich zukünftige Gäste vorwarnen können... Schade

• Manni (7/5): Il soggiorno l’abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto per la posizione dell’appartamento. La qualità prezzo ci stava. La pulizia - L’appartamento è riustrutturato e il suo interno molto accogliente. Il condominio sembra una casa degli orrori. È fatiscente con porte rotte e vetri spaccati. La luce si accende ad intervalli ed é davvero tenuto male.
• Tea (3/5): - the proximity to everything you might need - tram station is 150 m away and metro station is a 5 minute walk away. it was really dirty and the smell of moisture and mold was terrible. dust was everywhere, the walls (especially in the bathroom) look like someone smeared something onto them, the dishes and cooking supplies were really really dirty. don’t even get me started about the bathroom and the smell of the bedding. i had to go out and buy cleaning supplies in order to even step into the shower.
