• David (6/5): Enjoyed the location and general facility suited the 7 persons. Century21 easy to deal with - Great location. General facility was good. Very roomy There is a list of finicky maintenance issues needing attention to bring house up to full standard. I am happy to provide the list if you like. Weren't advised about the alarm system and struggled to operate the vast array of TV attachments in top floor ( no instructions)

• Tricia (5/5): We had a good time with the family as the location is great for quick access to the beach and going for long walks along - Great location and house was big enough for our family of 8 It needs a lot of upgrading of fixtures such as the blinds and furniture as they were either broken and coming apart and so could not be opened or closed. The cleaning of the house was not definitely not up to standard for a rental. Lots of items visible under the furniture from previous rentals. The walls need a new coat of paint as there were marks everywhere which made it visibly unappealing. First impressions can make a difference and for us they were rather disappointing.

• Janet (7/5): Good - The location and the views were wonderful. It was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the sun set over the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the living area very spacious. The television was impossible for us to operate. The technician who came the next day was very helpful but also had some trouble getting it operating. The sound was very distorted and almost impossible to listen to. Terrible acoustics. The bathrooms were quite grotty. The upstairs bathroom hhad hair in the vanity drawers and in the bath and the skirting board around the toilet needed a good scrub. There was also grot buildup in the corners, especially behind the door. The cupboards needed a good clean out, especially the glasses cupboard where the shelf was dusty and the doors smeary. It would have been more comfortable with some comfortable seating in the downstairs room. There was a TV down there but nothing to sit on to watch it.
