• MartinDeyanov (10/5): Cozy and modern studio ;) - This is a homey and pleasant and relatively clean studio. The view onto the neighbourhood is expansive and nice. It has everything indicated in the description, the location is fantastic as it is almost right in downtown. It is next to the tube station, it is a 15min walk away from all central places of Sofia :) Be careful when choosing the unit (the studio) because this property has several units - one studio with its own bathroom and kitchen, and separately there are other rooms with one common bathroom.

• MARGARITA (7/5): - Very nice room, great location, very kind communication, beautiful views Curtains a bit small for such big windows, beddings could be more large
• Marko (10/5): You'll be satisfied, I promise! :) - It was really nice and clean, also very comfort! I like it a lot and...I'll be back there, surely! Sometimes it was not quiet during the night (some other people were very loud in the common rooms and there's no isolation) - also people with motocycles outside - but you can survive, it's really good place! :)

• Carolina (9/5): Très beau, on retournerait avec plaisir. - La chambre était belle et confortable avec une grande fenêtre donnant un beau paysage. Chouette choix pour moins cher qu'un hôtel et plus cozy. On ce sent a la maison. Quand on est arrivé les clefs n'était pas présents car la dame de ménage était encore en train de faire le ménage. Dans la douche il n'y a pas de rideau ou autre donc l'eau vas dans toute la salle de bain .

• Frances (10/5): Good value accomodation in great location - The room was clean and light, had a view and was in a good location. No shower screen in the bathroom. Bathroom bin wasn’t changed daily and no bin in the bedroom.
• Carlos (9/5): Superb - The location, the view and the cleanliness. The shower almost gets flooded. It needs to be unblocked.
• Vilhelmina (6/5): It was okay - Locatie There was only one bathroom and one toilet -in the bathroom -for 4 rooms. We found it really uncomfortable to wait 2 hours until it became free just to be able to pee.
• Eric (8/5): Pretty good location, great for short stays - The location was excellent, we decided to walk everywhere. It was clean and had AC. The view from the balcony was nice. You are not allowed to flush your toilet paper in the toilet and we must have missed that these rooms have a shared bathroom and not a private one. That being said the bathroom was still very nice and clean. The TV and/or remote didn’t work but we told the host so it will be fixed for the next guest. There was no trash bin in our room.
• Jani (9/5): Superb - Almost every thing one needs is available in the room ,and when added a few more things will be perfect like a watch at the wall, a pair of plates ,one or two tea cups , a knife for fruit peeling. At last a scraper for the bath floor to get rid of the. Water .it has as well very nice location and a wonderful panorama view. I think the codes to be given directly to the guest after booking ,not after the telephone call.why because the first day is already paid for so whenever the guest arrives he can go in .will not obliged to wait till 16:00 hour.frankly speaking .flight reservations not easy enough to find what you are looking for this is my point of view.thanks

• Mischa (6/5): Decent for a price, if u are willing to put up with the quirks - The curtains and AC, TV was well placed. Location near the trams was also very good. Close to shops that were open during the night. Doors were relatively decent at blocking noise. Doors had good locks. Hair dryer was weak. Shared bathroom was only place to go to the toilet and shower. Also only locked by a key inside. The elevator was okay but a bit sketchy. Through the windows in our room we could look into the room next to us, a potential privacy invasion.
