• Jakub B (10/5): Wygodne i spokojne mieszkanie - Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem – wzorowa pomoc przy zameldowaniu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja mieszkania: w pobliżu sklepy, lokale z jedzeniem oraz komunikacja miejska. W mieszkaniu znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne do codziennego życia.

• Eili (10/5): Great stay! - This place was very clean and in a quiet area. Not far from the center and easy access to train station. Bed was great for two people and needed ammenedis were there. -

• Max Volker (7/5): Saubere und gute Unterkunft - Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – besonders die Klimaanlage und die Waschmaschine waren sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und freundlich. Das Bett war leider unbequem. Außerdem waren der Teppich und die Sitzkissen fleckig, und es gab ein paar deutlich sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren. Der einzige Stuhl war zudem sehr wackelig.

• Martina (10/5): Great place! - Everything was super clean, there is a washing machine and a balcony where you can hang the clothes afterwards, and the location is great! Very well connected to all attractions in the city. It’s perfect for a single traveller or couple (but it can be a bit tight if you are travelling with more than one big luggage). I would definitely recommend this place! -

• Sashenzka (1/5): FRAUD! SHAME ON YOU - It was our honeymoon and it was a terrible experience. Once we arrived they did not provide us with any support, instead they gave us vague qnd innacurate explanations to retrieve the keys. The code they gave us dis not work and they did not support us at any moment, instead they only replied 'Checking is at 4pm'. We ended up booking another room hotel to leave the luggage while we managed to get the keys. Once we got in the apartment, there was no gas, so no cooking nor hot water, consequently we showered in cold water all days. Besides, neither Booking nor the ownership supported us at any time, and after the payment was done they literally dissapeared. We decided to report this FRAUD to the relevant authorities, as it is a SHAME for Booking and the ownership to leave alone guests with such behavior, not takinng responsibility on the amenities nor the guests rights at any time. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
• Riccardo (10/5): Amazing - The hotel is near to the subway station which takes you everywhere. The staff is super nice, fast responding and always ready to help. I even asked for an earlier check in and they were kind enough to help me with that as well. I had some trouble finding my way out in Shinjuku station and the staff called me to let them know if I managed to get to the hotel safe and sound. So nice! I would definitely recommend staying here. • Vic (9/5): Great location for exploring Tokyo. - Great location for a quiet stay yet only minutes from the bright lights of Shinjuku. 5 mins from Nishishinjuku subway stop and if you are going to do a Fuji day trip, the bus stop for that is an easy walk as well. Studio is very clean, washer works well and bathroom will dry clothes on the heating setting. Full size fridge/freezer with an ice tray! Nothing bad. The bed is a bit awkwardly placed for couples being side-on so you have to climb over the other person plus the rug and cushions could do with a shampoo.

• Danavls (5/5): Not great - Washing machine + drier option in the bathroom Spacious Closeness to Shinjuku station Family Mart and 7/11 close Quiet area A lot of amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent etc.) There is no constant heating option. The only heat source is the AC, which has a limited capacity and sometimes resets and blows cold air. The room gets cold really fast if the AC isn't on. The balcony seems to not be properly isolated, so you can feel cold air coming in if the wind is strong enough (and on the 9th floor during winter, it is). It was very unpleasant staying here during winter. If you come during summer, I guess it's a good option.

• Thomas (9/5): Comfortable flat in Shinjuku close to the attractions - Excellent. Clean and comfortable perfect for a couple or solo traveller, easy to find and very well located only around 20/30 minutes walk from all the main attractions in Shinjuku. Nothing.

• Debbie (7/5): Nice quiet apartment in a great location, very helpful host. - Great location on a quiet side street within an easy walk of Shinkuju. The host was very helpful and responded to our questions straight away. The wifi was fast and reliable. The kitchen was OK for preparing a basic meal. The shower worked well and water was hot. We didnt use the washing machine. There was nowhere to sit. The bed is very hard (I like a really firm bed but this was too firm even for me).
• Joseph (10/5): Convenient, comfortable, and easily accessible place suited for all travelers. - Location was phenomenon, right in the Nishi Shinjuku about 10-15 min walk from Kabukicho and the heart of Shinjuku. Easy access to subway and short walks to Shinjuku central park, plus there are plenty of hidden gems in the area to explore. The place was small but perfect for 2 people and had everything you need to keep you comfortable, kitchen, washer, kettle, etc. It was very nice and highly recommend it for any traveler looking for a place to stay.
