- Kenya (7/5): Old City apartment - the location in old city was great. close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. quaint area with lots of culture and friendly faces. Someone is always willing to help. Ahmed was a great help showing where the restaurants were and waiting for me to make sure I got back to the apartment ok. Could not get the toilet to flush until I contacted the owner who gave me great instructions. could not see how to turn the heat on until I contacted the owner who made me aware of where the remote got the heater was. Shower was not what I expected.
