• Slavisa (8/5): Nice, cozy stay - Very nice location. Everything was within walking distance. Historical landmarks and also part of the shopping city. Also great recommendations for restorants and bars from staff Wine glasses were missing. A big mistake for Italy

• Matias (8/5): - Propiedad cercana a la terminal de tren, a pocas cuadras del metro línea A para acercarse al Vaticano o Fontana di Trevi por ejemplo. Varios negocios y un Supermercado grande cerca para cocinar en el departamento, el cual es muy confortable. Nos hubiera gustado una olla un poco más grande para cocinar las pastas para 4, de igual forma con los elementos que hay se puede cocinar muy bien y sin ningún problema.

• Beata (9/5): - Veľmi príjemný ubytovayeĺ, ktorý nám poskytol množstvo užitočných infofmácií o okolitých miestach, reštauráciách, preprave a podobne. Kuchyňu by bolo vhodné dovybaviť.
• Anita (10/5): - A szállás minden tekintetben megfelelő volt számunkra. Elhelyezkedése, felszereltsége optimális. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a szobák tágasak és tiszták. Gianni vendégszerete és segítőkészsége az első pillanattól érezhető volt. Köszönünk mindent, ha tehetjük, visszatérünk!

• Esma (8/5): Sanctuary Home 32 is een aanrader!! - Fenomenale Ligging: De locatie van Sanctuary Home 32 is werkelijk supergoed (vlak aan het station Termini) en een absoluut pluspunt. De omgeving voelt zeer veilig aan, wat een geruststellend gevoel geeft tijdens het verblijf. De gastvrijheid van Gianni was superlief en maakte ons verblijf extra speciaal. Hij heeft ons veel in de omgeving laten zien en zelfs interessante geschiedenis verteld over de plek. Dit heeft onze ervaring enorm verrijkt! Het enige minpuntje was dat er in de avonduren even veel lawaai op de gang was. Dit was een korte verstoring van de rust.

• Fanny (8/5): Assez bon rapport qualité prix - La situation géographique, la propreté du logement, le confort des lits, les couvertures chaudes, la présence de chauffage, d’une cuisine bien équipée, le fait que les photos soient conformes à l’annonce, la gentillesse de Mr Gionno et les documents mis à disposition pour préparer son séjour (carte de la ville, des transports, liste d’adresses) Le bruit de la clim/ chauffage et la mauvaise insonorisation côté grande chambre qui donne sur la rue. Globalement, tout le logement gagnerait à mieux insonorisé car l’on entendait les voisins tousser. Peut-être meubler un peu plus les espaces et mettre en place des modules d’insonorisation sur les murs ? C’était tellement bruyant que je n’ai quasiment pas fermé l’oeil de la nuit. J’ai dû dormir avec ma mère dans l’autre chambre la nuit suivante. L’absence d’un rideau ou d’un système pour rendre la fenêtre de la salle de bain plus opaque. J’ai eu l’impression que tout le monde pouvait me voir, c’était très inconfortable… En somme, pour la période de l’année, le confort et le situation géographique où le logement reste un petit peu excentré, je pense que le logement vaut davantage 100€ la nuit que 136€.

• Hazel (10/5): When I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay in this house ;) - Gianni was so kind and helpful. He gave us information about the area around the house and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the house after check out. The house was very clean. It was nice to have towels, hair dryer, and coffee. It would be even nicer if we had a pair of slippers to wear after the shower ;) Thank you so much!

• chiara (9/5): - Posizione ottimale per girare qualsiasi punto di Roma. Colosseo a circa 10 minuti a piedi e Metro A a pochi minuti. Appartamento molto accogliente e curato con spazi ampi e fruibili. Gianni cordialissimo e molto disponibile. Molti servizi presenti nelle vicinanze. (supermercato,farmacia,gelaterie ecc)

• Alispahić (9/5): Nice, clean apartment, with a great location but missing a better living/dining area. - The host is very nice, helpful, and friendly. The location is superb, near the station and all the most important destinations are within walking distance. The apartment was very clean. There were five of us but there were only four chairs in the eating area and they were very uncomfortable. Since it was October, we were missing some kind of duvet on the bed. There was only an empty thin sheet to cover ourselves.

• Antonio Catacla (9/5): Buen punto de partida - La ubicación, cercano a muchos puntos de interés (metro, autobuses, basílica Santa Maria la Maggiore, restaurantes, heladerías,, tiendas, etc.). Recomendamos la Heladería Fassi, la pizzería siciliana Piccola Palermo y la basílica de santa Práxedes, además de la basílica ya mencionada. La vivienda es amplia y muy luminosa. Dispone de aire acondicionado aunque no tuvimos que usarlo porque en los días que estuvimos hubo una tregua en el calor de Roma. También hay bastantes utensilios: cocina, nevera, microondas, plancha, tostadora, calentador de agua... El precio también ha sido un factor favorable. Quizá por cogerlo en "last minute" lo encontramos más accesible que otros alojamientos del entorno. La wifi funcionaba muy bien. Aunque hay una calle con tráfico en una de las ventanas no hemos notado excesivo ruido. La cercanía a la estación de Términi tiene también su lado oscuro (suciedad, bastantes transeuntes durmiendo en las aceras...). El edificio es antigüo y la escalera de acceso necesitaría una renovación. Pero, claro, esto imaginamos que no depende de los propietarios... :-)

• Karnadi (10/5): Exceptional - The host is super friendly, informative & helpful. He met us in persons & showed us directions to supermarkets, restaurant, nearby metro/bus station. The same information was also made available in printed copy, incl. the addresses.The location is near the train station too (walking distance). The unit is comfortable, spacious & very clean, esp. the kitchen & utensils. Washing machine is available for use, incl. the detergent.

• Emiliana (10/5): Amazing time in Rome with this apartment - Guys, this is THE BEST comfortable apartment next to the Roma Termini Station. The host was so nice with us, just book the apartment and give yourself a nice time in Italy. They have everything: hairdryer, iron, etc… The bed is very comfortable. There’s no noise, we slept like babies.

• Karen (8/5): Great stay in Rome - Huge rooms. Great facilities to cook and clean. Location for us was perfect as a quick walk to train station. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. We walked to most tourist sites. The apartment was really quiet and cool and comfortable to sleep. Just needs a few more things like enough plates and cups for everyone staying and a couple of towel rails to hand up towels etc. shower pressure was terrible but I suspect that might be a citywide issue. Also kept blocking an over flowing. Bathroom was tiny.

• Muhammad (7/5): Overall it was great experience to stay however water flow they need to fix it. - Location was superb very close to maintain stations and several bus and metro stations options. Moreover halal food was available in close vicinity of 5 minutes walk. Water flow in bathroom was extremely low both in shower and basin.
• Jo (9/5): Clean spacious property close to Termini train station - The apartment is an easy 5min walk from Termini train station. Rooms are very spacious and apartment is clean and renovated with everything we needed. We walked to all the key tourist attractions and took the metro on one of the nights. This accommodation suited our family of 5(15,13,11) for our short stay in Rome at the start of our Italian holiday. We did find the water pressure quite low. This may be an issue with an old building but we had only a few days there so we made it work.
• Denisa (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean, spacious and is air-conditioned. The lady who gave us the keys was very nice, she recommended activities and gave us useful information. The apartment is well located, 10 minutes walk from Termini station, 20 minutes walk from Colosseum and close to shops and restaurants :) The only small negative, for which the host is not responsible, is that you can hear a lot of noise from the street, especially the tram and cars. We solved it with earplugs and still we would come back here :)
• Amarnath (9/5): Great place for family - big place nice rooms. Host was super nice. he guided us to nearby places and was also responsive when I needed some help. Rooms were big and comfortable. Very safe and residential area. Nothing in general. Location near Roma Termini are a bit unclean but the location was very helpful to go to airport and even for buses.

• Constantino (9/5): City break in Rome - Rooms where big comfy beds loads of extra bedding In case we needed . Maps, tea ,coffee provided . Very friendly welcome by our host . Very secure entrence to property. Aircon in the rooms in case we where to hot. Everything we needed and more was provided for .. Even pods for washing machine. Brought some air plugs aswell because its on a main road . Fantastic stay thankyou
• Valéria (8/5): It is a good apartment, in a great location., but the building is old and has no lift. - The host was very kind, the location was great, and the apartment was clean. I knew the apartment had no lift, but the stairs were narrow and crooked, and the steps were higher than usual. It was hard to take the luggage upstairs, and some people in the group struggled to climb up.
• Sonya (10/5): Clean property with good location - Gianni is a great host - he met us and gave us information on all we could possibly need - nearby supermarket, restaurants, metro station etc. Rooms were spacious, warm enough and clean, kitchen with coffee/tea, dining room. Great location near all sights, city center and bus station. Overall really satisfied.

• Salvador (9/5): The place was really nice and clean - The place is big enough Challenging to walk at night, we had an incident as we walk at night the necklace of my friend was snatched and it left her a scar on her neck. Just to make a little bit of extra awareness of the surrounding.
• Kim (6/5): Great location but no value for money. - Great location, close to Rome trains, restaurants and supermarket. We were not provided with the very minimum basics for a 3 day stay for a family of 5. The two rolls or toilet paper lasted one day. We had no tea/coffee/milk/hand soap/laundry powder…nothing. The power cut out when we ran two air conditioner and a washing machine. Had to call host to find the fuse box to turn power back on. Every time we walked through the fyi t gate we passed through a dozen smelly garbage bins, not pleasant.
