• petra (3/5): Dreigende sfeer in de straat, heel veel lawaai en verkeer, we hadden het gevoel in een ghetto te verblijven. - Ruim en mooi appartement, met helaas harde bedden en gammel tuinmeubilair. Maar wel lekkere koekjes en snoepjes en drinken voor ons klaargezet! Alles was aanwezig! Daarover weinig klachten. Afstand vd bezienswaardigheden etc prima te voet te doen! Onder het balkon vh appartement staan dag en nacht bussen vd ME , met draaiende motoren, de straat stond dag en nacht ook vol met gewapende ME ers . Ook is er constant veel Lawaai, zodat slapen niet lekker ging, en op het balkon zitten dus voor ons vaak met een koptelefoon op, vanwege het geschreeuw, het verkeer, en de draaiende bussen. Wij verwijten booking.com dat zij niet helder zijn geweest, over de situatie in straat en omgeving. Restaurants om de hoek, maar wel gewapende mannen die verderop staan. Overal graffity waar je ook kijkt. Alleen daar s’avonds lopen voelde niet fijn. Het appartement was echt fijn,maar de situatie en de omgeving die echt vies, lawaaierig en ook dreigend was, hebben een fikse domper op onze vakantie gezet. Tot arrestaties, met meerdere politieauto’s met sirenes en zwaailichten midden in de nacht! Waardoor slapen onmogelijk was.

• marika (9/5): Appartamento super vicino al centro di atene - Appartamento grande,pulito e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. abbiamo trovato caffe,biscotti, acqua fresca, detersivo,bagnosghiuma shampo, qualsiasi cosa era presente.in quatto siamo stati benissimo. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla metro con strada pianeggiante.L'unica cosa che posso dire è solo un consiglio.magari aggiungerei il forno per cucinare le prelibatezze del mercato centrale. Comunicazione veloce,puntale e precisa,lo consiglio vivamente a tutti

• Familya (10/5): We recommend - We loved the flat. It is cosy and full of light and good vibs. No curtens in one of the befrooms.

Me hubiera gustado darles mejor puntuación, pero deben mejorar. - Los propietarios fueron muy amables, tuvimos que marcharnos un día antes de lo previsto y nos efectuaron un abono, cuando no tenían obligación de hacerlo, gracias. Una de las habitaciones da a la calle principal en la que hay muchísimo ruido. Durante el día había un autobús de la policía permanentemente en marcha, que hacia mucho ruido (no entiendo como los vecinos permiten esto). Las camas tienen colchones mejorables. El mobiliario no esta en el mejor estado, creo necesita una actualización. Atenas es una ciudad en un estado lamentable, nada que ver con otras ciudades de Euopa, sucia, llena de pintadas, con un trafico infernal y realmente deteriorada. Estuve en Atenas hace 40 años y hoy es infinitamente peor que entonces.

• Margaret (10/5): Excellent and Comfortable Stay! - From the moment I booked this apartment the communication with the owner was excellent. We took a taxi from the airport and was at the apartment in about 35 minutes. Apartment is very centrally located, near to metro and walking distance to the various sites. Instructions were sent to me how to access the keys, and we took the small lift to the 5th floor apartment which was very spacious indeed. Two double bedrooms, one of which had a sliding door onto the balcony. I loved sitting on this balcony, so comfortable. Huge living room area, with a well equipped kitchen. Our host left us cookies, plus water in the fridge. There was everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. There were also lots of guides and maps available. The location of the apartment was excellent. We used Ubers quite a bit, but also used the metro which was a short walk away. Other times we walked back from the centre. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The police had two buses outside for the length of our stay. When they had the air conditioning on, the noise of the engine was quite noisy. There is nothing our host could do about this, not sure how long the police intend to be there, or if it was temporary thing.

The restaurants, bars, and supermarkets in the area give convenience to guests staying in the apartment. It is very spacious, neat and very affordable to the quality provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is nothing one can ask more
