• Ying Han (10/5): 地點方便，以市區來說房間算寬敞舒適，還會想再來 - 住宿地點很方便，算是鄰近熱鬧的地方，但又在安靜的小巷弄內，非常理想的位置！走路就可以去逛街、買藥妝、吃有名拉麵，附近有鴨to蔥、阿夫利辛紅、一蘭，都是走路可抵達。實際房間比照片看起來大，住起來舒服，櫃台人員也非常親切，退房當天可以寄放行李。 隔音好像不是很好，會聽到鄰近房間的聲音，不過住宿地點本身是在安靜的小巷弄，不用擔心週邊店家營業的吵鬧聲。 其餘優點太多了，基本上沒有什麼不滿意的，很推薦。

• Paul (2/5): Not the place for light sleepers. And don’t assume a superior room means a better room. - The room had everything you would need for a stay. The water pressure, water temp and air conditioning were great. Had a fridge and microwave and all you would need to cook. Reserved a superior room #103 thinking this would be on an upper floor. It was on the first floor. Did not sleep due to the noise from the unit above. Believe it was where the staff stayed. Loud footsteps, furniture be dragged at all hours. The last straw was constant noise from midnight to 1 am when we finally confronted the reason for the noise. Staff was cleaning at MIDNIGHT!!! Staff did stop once we complained. However only for 6 hours and then the noise started up again. Don’t recommend this place. Room #103 has a window that opens to a trash bin. Also, has an early checkout time of 10 am and will charge per hour for a later checkout. Definitely not the place for a light sleeper!!

Pokój miał wszystko co potrzebne. Było słychać hałas od ulicy, ale nie było to na tyle uciążliwe żeby stanowiło to problem.

The fridge made some noises and we had some issues with the toilet. No deal breakers. We would definitely stay here again.

• Nicolas (9/5): Dobra baza za Shinjuku i Tokyo istraživanje. - Lokacija, velicina sobe i pogotovo kupatila s obzirom na japanske dimenzije. Čisto je bilo i sve dosta lako razumljivo. Iako je vrlo blizu Kabucho je jako mirno unutar i okolo hotela. Osoblje mi je rado pomoglo i kod slabja kofera dalje.

• Long Yat Kelvin (7/5): Small but cosy and close to Shinjuku station - Room was clean, and the complimentary stuff like coffee, shavers, hangers, towels, hair dryer was nice. Bed is comfortable, room temperature is good Location is 5-10 mins walk from Shinjuku station, but still also near smaller quieter streets with lots of restaurants and cafés Staff was helpful, and kept our luggages safely before check in and after check out No proper window in the room. Sauna not included in hotel price, and the discount was not very large. If you want to use the sauna with different genders, you have to pay more to book separate private sauna rooms.

Les lits et la literie wow. Un confort extra ! J'aurais aimé essayer le sauna mais personnellement le prix m'a arrêtée. Autour de 4000 yens pour 1h30. Pas le choix de prendre un. 30 ou 60 minutes. J'aurais aimé. Quil y ait de meilleurs rabais pour les clients de l'hôtel La chambre était petite , donc pensez pas vous relaxer le soir a l'hôtel. Mais tout de même fonctionnel. De toutes façons, à Tokyo on ne reste pas dans la chambre :))
• Natalie (8/5): Great location - The location was great as it’s within 10-15 minutes walk of Shinjuku station and the main areas of Shinjuku. Despite being so close to everything it was secluded enough to be fairly quiet (not much traffic or local noise) and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner/coffee. There were amenities available at the front desk (no pjs FYI) and we felt secure in that you needed a key card to get in after-hours, and the key card at all times to operate the lift. Staff were friendly. We booked the budget double room and it was a good size for two people as we had space for both our suitcases on the floor and the table and chairs. Bathroom was also a comfortable size based on what we have come to expect from accommodation in Japan. The mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for mine and my partner’s liking however we have come to understand this is fairly standard across Japan. There was some slight noise at night, it sounded a bit like a generator hum however it wasn’t constant and it didn’t interrupt us getting to sleep.

• Alice (7/5): Tutto bene tranne che per la pulizia della testiera del letto - Posizione ottima, in 10 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro di Shinjuku, camera silenziosa e provvista di tutto. La stanza era in generale pulita tranne un punto estremamente importante. La testiera del letto. Considerando che non ci sono i comodini la testiera appena sopra il letto funge da ripiano per appoggiare le cose, sicuramente non viene pulito da un po' eppure tutto il testo della stanza è impeccabile, voglio pensare che si tratti solo di una dimenticanza nel nostro caso. Lascio le foto come prova. La camera è abbastanza calda, abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta la finestra in diverse occasioni per arieggiare un po'.
