Perez (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación y amabilidad del personal. El departamento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todos los servicios e información necesaria para una excelente estadía. La zona y el edificio son un poco ruidosos de noche (hay bares cerca y la puerta del elevador es golpeada frecuentemente). Por supuesto esto no depende del propietario, pero es información importante para huéspedes sensibles al ruido.

claudio (8/5): Muy recomendable !! - Ubicación muy buena, muy limpio, todos los servicios excelente Ropa de cama impecable La cama se separaba al medio porque se juantaban 2 para formar las 2 plazas
Borrego (8/5): confortable y céntrico - Muy buena ubicación, bien centrica. El departamento es agradable y cumple la relación precio calidad. Tiene adecuada iluminación a pesar de que las ventanas son laterales. El wifi y el aire del living funcionan muy bien. Lo que no me gustó no tiene que ver con el departamento sino con el tema del estacionamiento en ese barrio. Esta todo desorganizado porque tenes que bajar una aplicación de la municipalidad, pero una vez que pagaste la tarifa por ahí vienen unas personas con chaleco naranja a cobrarte también. No se sabe a quien hay que pagarle. Con respecto al departamento yo hubiera preferido unas sábanas de mejor calidad, pero es una detalle.
