• MaartenBre (7/5): Toplocatie en prima prijs-kwaliteit, maar hygiëne en voorzieningen kunnen beter. - De locatie was ideaal, je liep zo het centrum van Milaan in en er waren volop eet- en uitgaansgelegenheden in de buurt. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was prima, het appartement had een bijzondere maar werkbare indeling en de digitale check-in verliep soepel, al was de app volledig in het Italiaans. Douches waren perfect. De handdoeken stonken sterk, dus neem liever je eigen mee. De woonkamer had geen ramen, de eettafel was te klein voor zeven personen en een bank ontbrak. Ook de vaatwasser rook vies bij aankomst, er was geen koffieapparaat (al zat er op 100 meter een prima koffiebarretje), en de late digitale check-in kostte onverwacht €50 extra en vroeg veel persoonlijke gegevens, waaronder paspoortscans. Verder spoelden de wc’s traag door, waardoor wc-papier niet goed wegging; niet dramatisch.
• Muhammad Ali (9/5): - A nice, clean apartment with all the amenities for a complete stay for a large family. The beds are small for a couple - and I couldn't find out where to throw the garbage that i used to in the kitchen. My request during the stay that you should definitely put something written there.

• Кадрев (8/5): Brilliant apartment, city tax issue - We liked the apartment, it's really large and spacious, the rooms and everything were clean and nice. The apartment by itself is amazing and perfect. The fact that you have to go to their office to pay the city tax. Their office is in the middle of the city, near Milano Centrale, but still a 25-minute walk from it. And also if there is someone else in there, you have to wait for it outside where it's just warm and on the street. There is only 1 woman who does the city tax and introduction to the apartment. I don't understand why it's necessary to do it in person.

Трябваше да отида до офис на фирмата да взема ключа,а такъв въобще не взех.Изпратиха ми 10 бр.видео за настаняване.Платих сити таксата с онлайн връзка.Не разбрах защо трябваше да ходя до офиса въобще. За да влезнеш в имота трябва да имаш повече от едно висше образование.Поне 1 час трябваше да гледам изпратените видеоклипове и пак не става ясно как се отварят вратите.. Апартамента е на партерен етаж.Комшиите отгоре не позволяват да се пуши на двора, защото им влизал дим на терасата.Два пъти ни заляха с вода от горе. Всяка спалня има само по един единичен чершаф за завиване, което е недостатъчно за двама човека.Аз се завивах през нощта с хавлиената кърпа.Питах да донесат повече завивки,но ни отказаха.

• Ethan (7/5): Overall wasn’t bad would stay again - It was spacious and room set out well Some rooms the air conditioning wasn’t very good at all to hot and the check in was a bit complicated also a bathroom flooded every time we had a shower
• Hettie (7/5): Spacious, basic apartment, ideal for group - We were with a group of 6. The apartment is spacious and each of us had their own bedroom with their own bathroom and toilet. 3 of them had the bathroom actually ensuite, for the others it was a few steps outside the bedroom. The common space was nice. The interior is quite basic, but the beds are comfortable and the shower was good. The apartment is ideally located for the metro. And there are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The floor was quite dirty, and we first had to clean it before we could walk around without shoes. The wifi instructions in the house did not work, and the air conditioner did not work in several of the rooms. It took 2 days and about 30 whatsapp messages to fix it. And one person has been waiting in the apartment the whole day, but nobody showed up. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, and there is no watercooker or coffeemaker. But coffee bar with very good espresso around the corner!
