• Timothy (10/5): - Hisham was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location was great for Uber pick-ups, and there was a friendly convenience store very close. Nearest metro station 25 min walk. Not enough cafes and restaurants close by.

• Mohamad (6/5): Needs maintenance. lots of noise. - the host is very welcoming. Mr. Hisham is very polite and helpful. the internet is fast. The TV was nice. mostly all the appliances are available. the location is VERY noisy, with dogs barking and street gangs all night. I was personally harassed just 1 minute after leaving the building. the apartment needs new paint (dirty walls everywhere) the windows can't be shut fully, making the night very cold. the bathroom door is broken. NO elevator. The Talabat Delivery app doesn't work in this location. no one to clean the apartment. No extra bed sheets. bad smell coming from the washing machine and drainage.
• Star (8/5): Very good - Location, WiFi Good cooperative owner. He let us check out late. He responded to our messages promptly. Good neighbours. Apartment can benefit from some repairs. Needs thorough cleaning. Windows in all rooms need fixing to stop draft.
