• Alice (5/5): Needs a little tlc - Spacious apartment, let us check out late We arrived at 2pm to check in and we're asked to come back at 3.30 as the apartment had not been cleaned. We had just travelled for 24hours and my 2year old had been sick a few times so this was not ideal. When we got in the apartment I put my daughter to bed but the cleaner was there for another hour cleaning around us, including the bedroom where she was sleeping. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable my partner and I both had bad backs for the whole of our stay. We couldn't switch the Aircon in the main room off so we were freezing most of the time. The apartment was fairly clean but bathroom had some mould. There was only a microwave in the kitchen, no oven and not much cutlery or plates etc. The TV remote didn't work so we could only use YouTube from our phones to connect to it.

Thái độ bảo vệ rất khó chịu - Đặt homestay vì cần xem Netflix nhưng home ko có netflix, TV thì loa rè ko xem đc bất cứ chương trình nào. Cần update TV - Gửi xe qua đêm 43k/xe. Ncl ko xứng giá tiền

• Amir (1/5): Terrible! - Terrible service. Demanded cash in hand payment on the day. Cleaner was still there at 2 pm check in time. Refused to help us with early check in. Never again would definitely not recommend this host. More like an air bnb that was moldy. Nothing like a hotel. Don’t be deceived like we were! Demanded out visa photos and passports which was over the top. When we refused we were threatened by the host. Said she would bring us a second access card for the lift. Never dropped it off. One card for 4 people. Unacceptable. Will be making a formal complaint to booking.com when we return home.

• Mike (7/5): Listed as a hotel but is not. It is an apartment rental. Payment is cash on site. Large and spacious apartment with good - Private building. Spacious apartment. Nice view on 7th floor. Shower door in main bedroom didn’t close. Kitchen sponges and clothes old and dirty. No hand soap or hand towels. Toilet seats were both broken. Did not match the pictures on the ads.
• Anonymous (3/5): Poor - It was good located , we could buy everything in the same road. We seen nobody, only the cleaner the first day because we asked them to change the bedding, she changed 2 out of3 beds, put the dirty bed sheets in the washing machine and never camet back, so late evening I texted, asking what I was supposed to do, they asked me if I could take out the bed sheets and make them dry, I was not really happy and I áked about the third bed. They asked me if I wanted the cleaner to come back, it was nearly 10pm so I said no and I did it myself. I cleaned aswell the bathroom, it was rubbish from the previous people, it was stain on the towels. I took pictures of everything. It was a bottle of water half empty like some body already drink on it. We were tired and it was to late for find another place, so we stayed. But we had an additional guest for 3 nights and they didn't charge for that. They offered me to send the cleaner the day after and I said no.

• Sjarlot (9/5): Amazing!! - It was a super pleasant stay and a very friendly hostess. She was always available and helped us whenever needed. It is a very nice building where you feel very safe. Definitely highly recommended. The location in itself was very good but a little further from the old quarter. We ourselves found that not a problem to take a grab.

Apartment itself is very well maintained and contained great amenities. Highly recommend this place based on the lovely host we had. Everything was close to the property. N/A
• Felix-adrian (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly Personal, everything you need. 15 minutes from old town with a Grab taxi for a couple of Dollars. For the Gym and Swimmingpool you have to pay extra but sometimes they let you for free if you only stay for one or two nights.
• Le (10/5): It was really good. Eveything was up to our expectations except the beds. Other thanh that they had a great service prov - Its was really clean and the property was like a 5 star hotel. It was excellent The beds were really hard but they provided futons.
• Nana (9/5): Superb - It was very clean, modern, had a great fitness (with additional pay for 150000VD). The host was very nice, she left us some local fruits and water. Check in went smoothly even though we arrived at 1am. The matters were really hard and it was a bit far from the centre.
• Seth (8/5): Very good - Property was clean and in a decent location, great parking option as well Paying was a little bit of a pain, make sure you can do international bank transfers. Was expecting to meet the person when checking in. Bed is a mattress but very very hard other than that decent.
• Adriaan (8/5): Very good - Very nice and clean apartment for a very good price. The building has a pool and gym, but that is a separate company. They were not used to one time visitors so it was a bit awkward when we wanted to use it. In the end they let us swim for 150 VND

• Sunil (7/5): Good - Nice apartment for a short stay for a smaller family and friends group. All basic amenities are available in the nearby areas. The host was good and was available all the time on call. There was no water available in the apartment. Two water bottle of 500 ml was given each day but there was no water dispenser or RO in the apartment.
