- Burton (7/5): - Location was fabulous- very close to Vatican and a metro station. It was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily. Communication with host was great. Could do with a fresh lick of paint as it looked tired in some places.

- Francesco (5/5): Il rapporto prezzo qualità è molto discutibile. - La posizione molto comoda La stanza che ci è stata assegnata affacciava sul balcone del cortile interno a dispetto del nome della struttura, Vatican View. Inoltre la stanza era piccolissima quasi claustrofobica. Infine ci siamo accorti che una costosa crema di bellezza di mia moglie è scomparsa.

- Laura (8/5): Helemaal perfect door locatie en super behulpzame gastheer! - De locatie, op loopafstand van de metro is perfect. Comfortabele bedden. De airco moet even nagekeken worden de kamer bleef erg warm ondanks dat de airco op koelen 18C stond.
- EROS DN (8/5): Soggiorno indimenticabile con vista mozzafiato, ideale per esplorare la città - La posizione è super strategica per visitare il centro, il vaticano, ed è vicinissima la stazione della metro Ottaviano. La stanza è pulitissima, arredata finemente e dotata di un bagno moderno. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la vista spettacolare sul Cupolone, che da sola vale il prezzo del soggiorno, staff super disponibile nonostante un piccolo intoppo. Piccolissime accortezze che non hanno influito sulla nostra permanenza, ma su cui si potrebbe migliorare: nella stanza c'è la macchina per caffè e tè ma mancavano fazzoletti o tovaglioli; avrei preferito dei bicchieri monouso alle tazzine in ceramica, più difficili da gestire in camera. In bagno avremmo gradito le monodosi al posto del dispenser ricaricabile. Infine, (soffrendo di cervicale, quindi un parere personale) abbiamo trovato i cuscini un po' scomodi.

- Aneta (10/5): Doskonała lokalizacja i gościnny Właściciel - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Ok 150 m do Watykanu, blisko knajpki, metro. Standard pokoju jak to we Włoszech, za to sprzątanie codzienne, kawa i herbata zapewnione. Szczerze polecam i będę korzystać w przyszłości. Brak uwag
- Ana María (8/5): Para su nota total tiene cosas que mejorar - Hola, la ubicación es buena si quieres estar cerca del Vaticano, la habitación tiene un tamaño ideal, limpian el suelo y hacen la cama todos los días. Pero no cambian toallas ni sábanas! Hola, no nos gustó para nada las almohadas, podrían dejar en el vestidor otras dos más para que te puedas acomodar mejor. El ruido de la nevera de la habitación es molesto para dormir. Las habitaciones están en un 6 piso y el ascensor es solo para dos personas, con lo que se te va un rato esperando. Y para mejorar le pondría a la ventana de la habitación que da al pasillo una reja y una manita de pintura a la habitación que ya la necesita.

- ETSUKO (10/5): Recommend to everyone ❤️ - Location is perfect if you plan to go to Vatican Museums. Nice stores and restaurants are very conveniently close by and less than 5 min from subway station. Importantly very friendly and helpful staff members. Leaving luggages before check in is no problem and they even let us leave a bit later than check out time because our Vatican tour. It was great stay and we will be back !! Location !!

- Marta (10/5): Świetne miejsce na wyjazd - Bardzo fajne miejsce, lokalizacyjnie extra, pokój bardzo czysty, ciepły, bez zapachu kanalizy czy wilgoci. Piękny widok na kopułę Bazyliki. Kilka kroków do autobusu czy metra, pieszo do wszystkich większych atrakcji. W pokoju lodówka, sejf, ekspres z kapsułkami, czajnik i herbaty, suszarka. To mój 5 raz w Rzymie i pomimo że wcześniejsze noclegi były w tej samej okolicy i teoretycznie bardzo podobne ( komfort, wyposażenie, cena) to ten obiekt był teraz najlepszy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Obsługą obiektu, jasne wskazówki check inu. Serdecznie polecam! Wszystko było super, dziękujemy!

- Lorena (8/5): Correcto - Bien ubicado en una zona con restaurantes y tiendas, al lado de iglesia del Vaticano. Bonitas vistas desde la habitación a lado cúpula. Está bien. Sólo que tiene una colcha muy fina para taparse,y recomendaría que haya en la habitación otra para los que la necesiten.

You must use very specific instructions with the video that the owner sends. We would have never found it otherwise

- Marc (8/5): Excellent séjour, tout nos objectifs atteints et même dépassés. - Super emplacement proche métro et Vatican. Très calme, nombreux restaurants à proximité. Logement petit mais confortable et bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. Les explications et vidéos du loueur sont très claires. Le seul point négatif était une odeur désagréable dans le logement difficile de l'identifier, probablement refoulement de canalisation d'eaux usées...

- Amy (10/5): Stunning view and location - The most stunning view of the Vatican right outside the window. It was one of the highlights of our trip. It made touring the Vatican and museums very easy, as well as attending some masses. What I will say is the to enter to property, you need to have your phone connected to the internet so that you can click a link to unlock the door, and the second internal door. This is on one hand a great system, but we were not travelling with a SIM card. We were able to get Wifi from the restaurant next door, have the other person run through and stand by the second door. It just made me think that I should mention this for those without a SIM, or other people that are not technologically savvy.
