• Sonja (8/5): Gutes, einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattetes Quartier mit geteiltem Badezimmer und Küche. - Self-check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Raum und die Wohnung waren sehr gut aufgeräumt und sauber. In der Küche gab es eine gute Grundausstattung. Die Zimmerausstattung war okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Badinstallationen, wie so oft in UK, sehr basic. Die Lage war gut, und mehrere Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Türe. U-Bahn Stationen sind aber weiter weg. Dafür gab's einige kleine Läden zur Grundversorgung in der Nachbarschaft. Nur kaltes Wasser beim Waschbecken. WLAN Informationen wurden nicht mitgeteilt, musste man selbst beim Router finden. Die angegebene Assistenznummer hat sich jedenfalls auf Nachfragen nie zuruckgemeldet. Die Türen waren sehr laut, was natürlich stört, wenn Leute spät kommen oder früh abreisen.

• Jean Pierre (1/5): A éviter cet établissement - Rien Eta de la la chambre et des parties communes dans la limite de l'insalubrité. La terrasse également avec des bouts de verres. Aucune fourchette pour manger. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours. Le personnel est venu nous réveiller à minuit pour nous changer de chambre au bout de 2 jours sans aucun tacte. Aucun professionnalisme.

• Elina (6/5): - The location was good, lots of transport options. There's a big Sainsbury's right around the corner for essentials such as toilet paper and hand soap. The water kettle, toaster and fridge in the communal kitchen were functional. The bedding and towels were clean, as was the apartment itself. There was no smell of damp. We didn't have hot water for the two first mornings, but the issue was immediately taken seriously and fixed as soon as they got the replacement parts. The wifi was good. Even though we thought we had done our due diligence on reading the description, we were surprised to find out the two rooms we had rented did not have a small kitchen and toilet/shower, but those facilities were in the hallway, shared with a third bedroom and its occupants. As the single toilet and shower are the same room, it's far too little for the max. 8 or 9 people in the flat. There aren't enough utensils and other kitchen stuff to actually do anything in the kitchen. There doesn't seem to be any communal cleaning equipment. For just a couple of nights stay in London I wasn't prepared with as much stuff as this flat would have required. The beds in the bedrooms and the table and chairs in the kitchen were cheap, but what I expected for the price. The walls are thin and there seems to be some sort of nightclub downstairs or in the neighbouring building, with extremely loud music thumping into the small hours. Normal street noises were what you'd expect for London, but this was something else, and quite disturbing. The shower didn't have hot water the first two mornings, but that issue was reported and fixed the next day. The rest of our gripes are pretty standard for UK flats, for example the inexistent ventilation which means condensation water running down the windows in the morning. In this instance the issue was exacerbated by the fact the bedroom doors had to be kept locked as there were strangers in the flat with us. All in all I'd say if you are fine with the sharing aspects, and are looking for a hostel type accommodation in this area, then this is just fine. We weren't, so we would not book this accommodation again. But it is fine for what it is, a very budget option with a good location.
• Laura (6/5): Bien - La ubicación y la zona, esta bien situado y conectado con línea de autobus para ir al centro (aunque se tarda al rededor de una hora). El barrio también es seguro para ser Londres, cosa que muchos alojamientos no te dicen. La habitación correcta y la entrada con códigos muy fácil también. Las ventanas y las paredes eran de papel, se escuchaba cuando entraba la gente y al estar enfrente de la carretera también todo el tráfico de la noche. Como no hacía frío fuera, la noche fue agradable pero tiene pinta de que en invierno es un congelador. La última noche pusieron música al lado y se escuchaba todo el rato. El baño correcto, compartido y SIN AGUA CALIENTE! Ni en la ducha ni en el grifo.

Hard to find exact door, enter wrong door/ building first (this did have 611 on- where the actually door had no number), Appreciated security but felt to many locks/numbers to gain access). coffee machine that wasn't useable- no instructions/ incorrect pods. No milk provided for coffee/tea - so on arrival had to go to shop for milk before able to have a coffee. No tin opener to open tins bought for dinner. Felt very basic - based on price paided, appreciate London prices but we could have stayed more central in a hotel for cheaper (we chose to stay here paying extra- as we wanted cooking facilities). So did the job, but felt not value for money.
• Clare (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spotless. You could actually smell the cleaning products used. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything in it You needed. Tea, coffee and sugar provided just bring milk. The room with the beds was spacious plenty of hanging space for clothes and coats. This apartment is amazing value for money. The pillows on the bed weren't the best. The hearing was constantly on. Even when trying to control it by the thermostat on thw radiators they never turned off and the apartment remained boiling so had to sleep with the windows open. Which was noisy all night due to traffic.
