• Liwa (10/5): Overall very comfortable stay. Suitable for family or group travel. - Note this is a review for Jacques's 3 bedroom house. The basement unit was under repair and went longer than expected and Jacques was able to arrange his other property which is the 3 bedroom unit. We are a group of 3 and the unit has plenty of space for us. It is very clean and tidy with lots of plugs and charging stations in rooms for travelers. Kitchen is stocked up pretty well with pans, pots, water boiler, and coffee machine. Has washer and dryer and bathrooms are well supplied with body lotion, shampoo, and plenty of toilet papers. Bed mattresses are on the medium to slightly hard which is what we prefer. Heat is very good we visited during winter time and it's nice to come into a warm place. Suitable for family travel. No chopsticks for Asian travelers but we did bring our own so it's not a problem for us, but for Asians who do use chopsticks, maybe bring some or buy some nearby.
• Olga (10/5): - I strongly recommend visiting this cosy basement suite with great hosts and wonderful furnishing. The location is perfect if you like visiting Banff or other cities nearby. We stayed here twice - in summer and in winter. We really enjoyed spending time here.
• Gary (10/5): This is a beautiful kitchenette. The construction quality is excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay - The kitchen was fully equipped. At 800 to 900 square feet the kitchenette was quite comfortable! The bathroom was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was very nicely constructed!!! There were only two items for the kitchen that would have helped our stay. We could have used a measuring cup for cooking, and a two quart pitcher for non-carbonated drinks, such as lemonade, would have been helpful. Overall, the kitchenette was very well equipped!!!

The location is close to shops and restaurants and other places of interest. Jacque went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were very pleased with our experience. We could hear footsteps upstairs but it wasn’t late night or early morning so not a big deal.
