- Myriam (6/5): Très bel endroit où je retournerais si le calme était respecté - La vue est magnifique, la suite bien aménagée et joliment décorée, on s'y sent chez soi, la cuisine bien équipée y compris des petits "plus" tels que café, sucre, épices, et même des bouteilles d'eau au frais. Le bruit! La chambre principale, dont la vue est occultée, donne vers les espaces de service: même les fenêtres fermées, musique jusqu'aux petites heures, bruit de compresseur ou similaire. Sans parler du marteau piqueur entre 23h et minuit pour une réparation qui aurait pu être faite le lendemain pour respecter le sommeil des clients de l'hôtel!

La qualité des repas, juste parfaite ! Nombreuses activités possibles aux alentours et de types variés; balades ( à pied, en VTT, en trottinette, en bateau,...), musées, points de vue, citadelles, châteaux, jardins, circuit de Mettet, pêche, restaurants... Magnifique lieu à la hauteur de la splendide région!

- Patrizia (6/5): Individuell - Der Zugang zum Hotel war gut ausgeschildert. Die Lage war mit der Aussicht sehr ansprechend. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Anwesen kompakt. Zugang zu Spaziermöglichkeiten. Das Personal war bemüht anderweitige Sprachen zur Kommunikation zu Nutzen. Das Personal ist positiv aufgetreten. Das Familienzimmer ist mit einer bestückten Küche ausgestattet, sowie einem separaten Raum mit zusätzlichem großen Bett. Somit wäre Platz für vier Leute. Zudem gab es genug Kaffee und Tee mit einer Kapselmaschiene. Ebenso Wasserfalschen vorhanden. Dies ist im preis inkludiert. Was hervorragend war, waren die Betten. Die haben für ein wohnliches Gefühl gesorgt und die Liegequalität war einfach super. Es waren ebenfalls genug Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Im Gesamtbild hat es sich angefühlt, als wäre es eine Ferienwohnung und kein Hotelzimmer. Der Zugang zu Aktivitäten und zur Stadt ist mit dem Auto in 20 min. gut erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war fußläufig vom Parkplatz gut erreichbar, dennoch war der Eingang direkt an der Küche. Man hatte also Einsicht in die Spülküche und Mitarbeiter. Sie haben ein Belüftungssystem aus der Tür liegen lassen. Der Zugang ist nicht für gehbeeinträchtigte Menschen geeignet, da der Zugang mit einer steilen und engen Treppe zugänglich ist. Wir reden von den Familienzimmern. Der Zugang zu dem Restaurant, sowie mutmaßlich dort angrenzende Hotelzimmer ist für Mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen gut erreichbar. Der Geruch im Flur der Familienzimmer, sowie der Wohnung war alt moderig mit künstlichen Duftstoffen über Duftaromen von Kerzen und Duftstäbchen. Dieser Geruch war ziemlich unangenehm, auch wenn man sich schnell adaptiert hat. Das Zimmer war nicht ruhig gelegen. Das Nachbar Familienzimmer war hörbar, sobald sie sich auf dem Flur befunden haben. Ebenso war das Zimmer angrenzend an der Restaurantterasse, was einen wunderbare Aussicht bedeutet, dennoch keine Privatsphäre vorhanden ist, da die Gäste vermehrt hochgeguckt haben und somit der Vorhang zu behalten werden musste. Empfehlung wäre hier eine Sichtschutzfolie. Die Geräuschkulisse war demnach sehr laut, da die Gäste an dem Wochenende länger wie die vorgeschriebene Öffnungszeiten das Restaurant besucht haben. Im Zusatzzimmer konnte das Fenster nicht aufgemacht werden, wenn das Restaurant aktiv war, da ebenfalls ein Belüftungssystem so eine Lautstärke produziert hat, dass man es mit geschlossenen Fenstern gehört hat, was die Schlafqualität nicht deutlich eingeschränkt hat. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat sich für mich nicht rentiert. Ich würde es so nicht noch einmal buchen. Für vier Leute würde sich der Preis rentieren, dennoch zahlt man nicht das Zimmer, sondern zusätzlich die Personenanzahl. Bei gutem Wetter ist das Hotel und Restaurant gut erreichbar, dennoch bei liegenden Schnee Benötigt man dementsprechendes Transportmittel bei einem zeitweisen Anstieg von 13% mit wenig Ausweichmöglichkeit.

- Marie (10/5): Gezellige kamer - Hondvriendelijk met een kussen, eetbakjes en snoepjes. Lekker warm op de kamer, keukentje ideaal om iets op te warmen. Ik vond het ontbijt duur voor wat het was.

- Calédia (8/5): Très agréable surprise - La chambre était propre, cosy et parfaite pour une nuit en amoureux. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits locaux. C'était une très belle découverte. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la partie Welness mais nous y retournerons pour la découvrir.

Que ce soit par une légère attention vous donnant l impression d etre important ou special , il mérite une augmentation ! Hormis une légère surtaxe sur les cocktails et les apéritifs dînatoires. Ainsi qu'une mauvaise communication sur la réservation du wellness (payant ce qui n est pas mentionné sur booking).
- Christine (8/5): Superbe vue, personnel sympa, belle découverte. - La vue, la situation au calme, le restaurant avec du personnel efficace et une belle carte, accueil agréable, bonne literie, mini bar fourni en eau. L’insonorisation des chambres, on entendait les pas des voisins comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre, le haut-parleur de la terrasse qu’on entendait de la chambre (haut-parleur inutile en plus car terrasse fermée)
- Birgit (7/5): Room with a view - Prachtig uitzicht en originele decoratie. Airco werkte niet goed en was erg lawaaierig. Het restaurant viel tegen: superdruk en tafels erg dicht bij elkaar, garnaalkroketten zonder garnalen, een uur wachten tussen 2 gangen… ze hebben zich wel geëxcuseerd en het aperitief aangeboden.

Repas correct pour un prix dans la moyenne des prix pratiqués en Belgique. La chambre était très bien et le lit était confortable. Le petit déjeuner: très bien, on en a pour son argent :-) Il y a un local où nous avons pu garer nos vélos en toute sérénité, et charger les batteries (qui en avaient bien besoin après la côte escaladée pour arriver à l'hôtel !). - Surya (9/5): Excellent and comfy but breakfast ruined it - The hotel was in very nice location and panaromic view was over the top. Room was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Dinner was excellent and delicious. BREAKFAST was a disappointment. It was a complete rip off. We, a family (2 adult & 2 Children) paid more than 85 Euro for: 2 runny eggs each, cup of coffee and orange juice, a basket containing few pieces of breads, few mini crossiont, pan au chocolate. There were few other items and that’s it…. For me it was rubbery

- Evlard (8/5): Soirée étape recommandée ! - nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous étions attendus ce qui fait toujours plaisir. Le repas du soir était bon, ce n'est pas un restaurant étoilé mais la nourriture est tout à fait convenable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le café est bon, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ! Le patron est très sympathique. Cette étape faisait partie d'une randonnée vélo de plusieurs jours, nous la recommanderons ! l'heure du petit déjeuner, 9h, est un peu tardive
