• Carmen (9/5): - It would have been a perfect 10 score but for 2 reasons- 1) there are a lot of homeless people in the area so the women i⁷n our group did not feel safe going out at night 2) the barriers and gate at the parking space coming from the parking lot onto the main streets are NOT automatic despite us being told they are.. so be careful! You might end up locked and stuck in the parking garage!
• Ndia (10/5): Beautiful condo in a great location! - The building and condo were fantastic and the view of Toronto from the high-rise balcony was beautiful. The condo was spacious and has all of the essentials. The location of the property is great with a lot of nearby restaurants and shops. The property is also a very short walk from the Wellesley Station for easy access to other areas in the city.

Plenty of towels/toiletries etc and kitchen was fully equipped. Beds comfy and view from balcony was brilliant. Wasn’t clean. The dish cloth on arrival looked like it had been there for months. Microwave dirty with food stuck on plate and sides so didn’t use. Kitchen cupboards could do with a good clean. Shower curtain had what I can assume was mould on it. Freezer door didn’t shut because it needed defrosting. Can sleep 6 people but only can only seat a maximum of 3 people on sofa and only 2 chairs on balcony. Person who met us at property didn’t speak/didn’t say hello or introduce herself. Just took us up to apartment gave us keys and left - so had to work out air con etc all by ourselves.

• MARSHA (9/5): Great location, comfortable apt, perfect for a family. - Location was great - safe and many restaurants in the area. We had two negative experiences. First, the sponge to clean the dishes was filthy. Given the cost of the room, I would expect new dish sponges. (see photo). Second, I had requested a late check-out and I thought the owner agreed to a 2pm departure. The owner does not have a good command of English and something may have been lost in translation. Regardless, when the cleaners arrived at 11 and we were not fully packed, they were extremely rude. At one point, one of them actually tried to push our suitcases out of the door. The experience left us with a bad taste.

The owners were very helpful, and the location was very convenient There is not much to say here, I loved the apartment so much. I will definitely keep this place in mind if available.

Close to all main attractions Toronto has to offer Could have used deeper cleaning. Mirrors and glass surfaces were dirty, old lipstick stains and fingerprints still visible. Looked like wiped with a wet cloth just smearing the dust

• Emily (10/5): Amazing apartment, views and location!!! - Brilliant location, not directly in the centre, approx. 30 minute walk from the top where CN tower and central train station is, but the underground was only $3.30. However, we were the next street across from the Main Street of Yonge St, which was a great vibe. Absolutely brilliant location and amazing views of the city. Spacious and beautiful apartment with everything you need. Waters were in the fridge upon arrival, clean towels put out, toiletries in the bathrooms and laundry facilities to wash clothes and towels if needed. Would highly recommend this apartment to all!!! The shower curtain and bathtub plug in main bathroom needed a bleach. Other than that, facilities were perfect!

• Amber (10/5): Quiet Apartment, Good location - When we arrived, we were met with the owners son to hand over the keys and garage fob. He offered to help us with our bags, and gave us a run down of the apartment. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the décor of the apartment. It was very quiet, and the views at night are absolutely beautiful. We were about 10-15 minutes from downtown Toronto with traffic. The apartment was very relaxing and calm. There was complimentary waters in the refrigerator, as well as washing items for laundry. There is a Tim Hortons across the street, and other restaurants within walking and short driving distance from the apartment. All in all, it was a good stay, and I would recommend this unit to friends and family. Overall the apartment was good, however, I think that it would be beneficial to have a TV in the master bedroom. There is only one TV in the living room. We would have liked to retire to the master bedroom and relax and watch TV. I would say providing a TV in the master bedroom gives the renters the option of TV if they would like. It was six of us, and we had to watch tv on out cell phones since some of wanted to watch different things, It was ok since we only stayed overnight, however, for extended stays, I think it would be good tp have a tv in the master bedroom. Also, to no fault of the owner, the parking signs in the garage are somewhat confusing, as there are multiple exit signs, that give the allusion that you can exit, when you can't. You also have to take two different elevators to get to the apartment.
