• Liudmila (9/5): - Отличные апартаменты для большой компании. Уютно и просторно Не было горячей воды, что сильно нас огорчило. Не смотря на попытки помочь со стороны хозяев, это не помогло. В итоге пришлось мыться в холодной воде и ходить с грязными волосами.
• Jenny (2/5): Very bad stay experience. - The neighborhood is quiet. The management company told us that someone would meet us when we arrived but no one was there and we could not get in until we happened to see a neighbor who was so kind to call the owner who is an old lady to come out and let us in. The house is poorly taken care of. Many light balls were broken. Only one dirty mop in the kitchen. Broken oven, broken kettle, dirty comforters, one floor tile was loose and can be tripped over. We messaged the management company and they sent a lady over to record all the problems and gave us a new water kettle to boil the water and fixed some light balls and gave us 2 new comforters and that's it. There was not enough hot water and most of us have to take cold showers which is very bad and we ended up catching a cold. This is totally not acceptable. We happened to see the owner's son and told him all the problems hoping he will deal with the management company to fix it for the next guest. We wouldn't recommend this hosting at all. Not worth theoney spent.
• Mashokane (8/5): Lovely Spacious Italian Villa - Very Italian traditional styled looking villa in a safe neighbourhood with easy access to the tram! Very spacious, clean and homely! We travelled as a big family and it was great that every room had its own en-suite bathroom. We would have loved to have stayed here longer to be honest! Nothing. One of the shower heads in one of the rooms didnt work, but it was a great thing that there were 3 other bathrooms which didnt make the issue that big of a deal and we addressed it with the host.
• Alex (6/5): Beautiful Home But Not Worth The Money - The home is beautiful. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Light and breezy spaces. The bedrooms desperately need different curtains. The sheer ones look pretty but provide no privacy in the evening and the sun woke everyone up at 5am every day. Couldn't get back to sleep. There were two different types of coffee pods in the kitchen and neither of them fit the pod machine. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Despite there being a number of pots and pans to choose from, only a couple of them would function on the convection stove top. Stove would not operate with most of them. Could use different or better cooking utensils. None of the knives were sharp and struggled to cut anything except our fingers when the knife would slide off whatever food we were trying to cut. The washing machine left our clothes soaking wet and took days to dry no matter which cycle we put it on. Only provided with 1 set of keys for 4 adults all coming and going at different times. 2 of the chairs were broken and unusable. The couch downstairs is very uncomfortable. Dining room chairs are also really uncomfortable to sit in. AC didn't get cold.
