- Bence (5/5): you get what you pay for - free parking with card access good location, close to freeway and also close to the city center, easy self check in, quiet room it wasn't clean at all unfortunately (hair everywhere, toilet wasn't clean) bed was really small i could smell w**d inside the elevator garage entrance is a bit tight, if you're not a good driver you'll 100% mess up your car

- Demian (10/5): Foarte bun raport calitate / preț , locație excelenta, cu tramvaiul 5 (stația la 600 m )- se ajunge direct in centru - Am avut camera 325, etaj 3 pe colț , balcon spre strada, camera foarte curata si mare, cu pat si canapea si toate dotările inclusiv frigider si aparat cafea, Baia Mare si foarte curata, prosoape albe impecabile, balcon enorm cu șezlonguri si plante pe acoperiș , parcare in fata hotelului si interioara la subsol , personal foarte amabil ne-a permis in ultima zi sa mai lăsăm mașina in parcare încă 2 ore după Check-out Este zgomot de la șoseaua lângă care este situat, noi la etajul 3 nu am suferit chiar așa tare (am folosit dopuri pt urechi ), dar cred ca la parter e ceva mai rau pt camerele care au geamul chiar spre sosea la 2 m de aceasta , un gard viu gros cred ca ar mai rezolva problema atat a zgomotului cat si a prafului care se ridica de la autoturismele care trec cu viteza.

- Christian (6/5): - Nettes Personal Am Zimmer angekommen musste ich feststellen das der Begrüsungssnack (Mannerwaffel) schon geöffnet und abgebissen war schade . Auch als ich den Fernseher einschaltete hatte dieser 2 große Streifen links im Bild bzw. Ist der Bildschirm kaputt. Im Badezimmer würde ich zu einem echten Duschvorhang raten den dort hängt ein normaler Stoffvorhang wie beim Fenster.. hätte alles nicht sein müssen..

Die Terrassen der Zimmer waren größer als die Zimmer selbst. Die Doppelbett-Zimmer wirken auf den Fotos wesentlich größer. In der Dusche ging die Lüftung nicht automatisch an, wodurch ein Lüften mittels öffenen der Balkontüre notwendig war.

- Oleksandra (9/5): Nice place to stay during a road-trip. - Clean, looks pretty new, very friendly and helpful stuff, close to an autobahn, large parking both underground and in the street. Has a beautiful quite terrace to enjoy a morning coffee and chill at the sun. It can be a bit noisy, when you open the window, because one side of the the building is facing the road.

Pinigų už neįvykusią nakvynę iki šiol neatgavome. Atvykus self check-in nebuvo įmanoma pasinaudoti, nors gavome patvirtinimą apie užsakymą. Sugaišome daug laiko bandydami įsiregistruoti, pagalbos negavome, o komunikacija iš booking ir viešbučio atstovų tragiška. Nerekemonduoju. Užsidirbo apgavikų reputaciją.
- Sabrina (5/5): - Der Check-in am Schalter verlief unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wenn man die Haare im Zimmer sowie die geringe Größe des Bettes außer Acht lässt, war die Matratze immerhin bequem. Für junge Leute, die über manche Dinge hinwegsehen können und keine großen Ansprüche an Komfort haben, mag das Hotel ausreichend sein. Für alle anderen würde ich es eher nicht empfehlen. Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden, eine Nacht in Graz zu verbringen, da wir noch eine längere Strecke vor uns hatten und nicht die ganze Nacht durchfahren wollten. Unsere Erwartungen waren nicht besonders hoch, da das Hotel wirklich nur zum Übernachten dienen sollte dennoch hätten wir bei dem Preis zumindest ein gepflegtes Mittelklassehotel erwartet. Bei der Ankunft fiel uns direkt auf, dass das Zimmer offenbar nur für eine Person vorbereitet war ein Bett von 120 cm mit nur einer Bettdecke. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sich die zweite Bettdecke im Schrank befindet. Das Problem war dabei weniger die Decke selbst, sondern eher der Eindruck, dass trotz Buchung für zwei Personen offenbar ein Einzelzimmer vorbereitet wurde und dafür der Preis für zwei abgerechnet. Leider setzte sich dieser Eindruck im Zimmer fort. Es gab sichtbare Mängel wie Löcher im Regal, starke Kalkspuren und Seifenreste im Badezimmer. Besonders unangenehm fanden wir jedoch, dass sich auf dem Bettlaken viele kurze fremde Haare befanden. Dazu kam ein unangenehmer Essensgeruch aus der Lüftung. Nach der langen Fahrt waren wir einfach zu müde, um noch einmal umzuziehen oder weiterzufahren, daher sind wir geblieben. Insgesamt leider nicht das Erlebnis, das wir bei dem Preis erwartet hätten.

(4/5): Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich wo anders gebucht. - Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, die Dame, die sich um das Frühstück gekümmert hat war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat sofort Dinge die verbraucht waren, wieder aufgefüllt. Man hat sich hier sehr willkommen gefühlt! Richtig enttäuschend war das "Doppelbett". Wo soll man da anfangen - es war das unkomfortabelste Bett indem ich jemals in meinem ganzen Leben geschlafen habe. Es war weniger Breit als ein normales Doppelbett und die Nachttischlampe war direkt auf der Höhe der Matratze montiert und bereits bei Ankunft defekt. Wundert mich auch nicht, da haut man sich ja direkt den Kopf beim Schlafen an. Das Fenster war direkt auf die Hauptstraße, das Fenster macht man da freiwillig wieder zu, da zu laut. Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist eine absolute Katastrophe (da VIEL zu eng!).

Tierparkgarage hat zwar enge Kurven aber ist gratis Das Selbst-Eincheck-System (eigentlich das Herz des Geschäftsmodells des Hotels) hat nicht funktioniert - man verliert sehr viel Zeit Der Fernseher hat keine ORF Programme !!!! Die Dusche (mit wehendem Duschvorhang, der an einem dranklebt….) neigt dazu den Badezimmerboden zu fluten Es wurde (trotz zur-Verfügung-Stellen aller Daten vor und nach dem Aufenthalt) keine Rechnung ausgestellt.

- Jakub (8/5): Hotel tranzytowy, dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. - Prosty, mały budżetowy hotel tranzytowy na 1-2 noce. Korzystałem w trakcie przejazdu z Włoch na jedną noc. Prosty proces check in w automacie, check out poprzez wrzucenie karty do skrzynki. Śniadanie proste, ale zadowalające (jajecznica, jajko sadzone, kiełbaski, trochę warzyw, ser szynka, pieczywo, płatki). Brak recepcji. Nieduży parking zewnętrzny, ciasny wjazd do garażu (trzeba uważać, ale po kilku wizytach na parkingach w Monaco i Nicei to i tak było ultra szeroko). W pokoju prosty zestaw kawa/herbata ale zamiast zwykłej herbaty były saszetki z rumiankiem…

- Stephanie (10/5): War ok - Check in lief unkompliziert. Zimmer 115 (mit Balkon zum Hof) ist gut gewesen. Die Betten sind sehr hart und telefonisch war kein Personal erreichbar. Jedoch war sofort jemand via Booking Chat erreichbar. Ich musste zwei mal das Personal kontaktieren. 1. Keine freien Parkflächen im Aussenbereich. Liegt auch daran dass 5 (!) Fahrzeuge von Facility Management dort abgestellt sind und auch während meinem Aufenthalt nicht bewegt wurden (Freitag bis Sonntag). Mein Auto konnte ich auch nicht vor Ort aufladen, da das Facility Management Auto die ganze Zeit die Ladestation blockiert hat 🤦🏼♀️ Jedoch kann man sich nebenan am Schotterparkplatz parken. Das wusste ich nicht, da es nicht ausgeschildert war. 2. Ich wurde von einem anderen Gast zugeparkt. Das war etwas mühsam.

- dcd15b9174b773308db45990ee4a73ce (7/5): - Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wenn ich eine Junior Suite Buche, erwarte ich etwas besseres als 1 normales Doppelzimmer. Aber im Vorraum, bei der Küchenzeile waren 2 Camping / Plastikstühle, der TV hing gerade mal 1,5 m vom boden an der Wand, ein dreckiges Klappbett neben dem Tisch...... unmöglich sowas als Junior Suite zu verkaufen. Im Kleiderschrank befanden sich keine Kleiderbügel,..... und und und. War extrem enttäuscht...... Nach telefonischer Beschwerde gab man uns ein anderes Zimmer, was aber auch nicht einer Junior Suite entsprach. Also das beste draus machen und dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Zum einen an der vierspurigen Hauptstraße - zum andern, dass gegenüberliegend eine riesige Baustelle ist wo 24 Stunden gearbeitet wird. Schlafen ist da eher ein Problem

Das Frühstück war einfach nur eine Katastrophe! - Preis/Leistung und das eine Parkgarage im Preis inkludiert ist Der Check-In Automat ist schlecht zu bedienen! Sehr tief, schlechter Kontrast, Spiegelung. Wir waren um 9:36Uhr im Frühstücksraum und das komplette Buffet war bereits abgeräumt! Es wurde uns von einer Mitarbeiterin die offensichtlich zeitlich schon sehr im Stress war notdürftig eine kleine Auswahl an Käse und Wurst zusammengestellt in 2 Semmeln aufgebacken die jedoch innen noch teilweise gefroren waren! Es gab auch kein Besteck mehr … Sowohl in der Zimmer wie auch bei der Reservierungsbestätigung steht das es Frühstück bis 10:00Uhr gibt!

Non abbiamo trovato posto nel parcheggio esterno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato in quello sotterraneo, ma riuscire ad percorrere la curva della discesa prima della saracinesca e' stato un vero delirio, veramente troppo stretta ! La nostra camera dava sulla strada principale che era molto trafficata e , nonostante la finestra (con tripli vetri) chiusa , si sentiva lo stesso rumore
