- Juliana (2/5): Stressful and unhealthy stay at a lovely & well-located property. - The location is perfect. There is no host. I needed to deal with a Thursday parry management company that did not respect the “pay at the property” Booking policy. They were not clear about working hours. Since we entered, the fire alarm had a low battery (beeping every 1 minute). The facility was dirty, with black mold and cockroaches. One giant cockroach fell on my bed while I was sleeping. My husband smashed it, and I requested Clean to send me extra sheets. They ignored my complaint about the cockroach and did not have elastic sheets to send me. I spent more than five nights there, paid the “European price,” and they refused to change my towels. There was also no dish soap or sponge for the kitchen (which is not acceptable for the price charged and the property’s location in one of the fancier neighborhoods of Brazil!). The property has only one king bed. The other four beds are two teen bunk beds. We need it to take the mattress and make sleeping on the floor more comfortable. The air was compressed. The closets are dirty. And I finished the toilet paper. Against, no service on the day I requested, and, once again, thank you. I need to go to the supermarket to buy cleaning products and hygiene products that are supposed to be included. There is no broomstick. Only an inefficient vacuum. It was frustranting. It is a fantastic location. Closer to the subway and main avenues. Great neighborhood. Closer to supermarket and pharmacy. Lovely family building with friendly staff. But miserable apartment management, overpriced.
