• Leanne (6/5): Nice flat & easy to travel into central London but needs some TLC and deep clean - Close to the tube station to get into central London. Local Sainsbury’s close by for essentials. Flat was nice. Flat was dirty and rundown - dirty marks all over the walls and carpets. Had to mop the floors as they were all sticky especially bathroom. Cutlery and plates dirty. No toilet roll provided. Only one small bath towel each provided, No hand towels or kitchen towels.

• Elizabeth (5/5): Good property on a budget, needs attention to small details. - I liked the location, the security of the place and amenities. The heating for the flat was excellent, came on immediately. The flat itself is very charming and I felt safe there. It was a good flat for a budget stay with friends. Can be noisy but didn’t bother me. Very close to a tube station so you can get in and out of the city easily. First of all, when I messaged the property owners about questions I had, they didn’t respond. When I first got there, the plug in the sink was broken as was the toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I couldn’t figure out how to make the shower warm. When I messaged to ask I was ignored. The sofa had an unpleasant smell to it. Also, one of the chairs in the dining area was broken. Some of the appliances need attention and little things like only 2 toilet rolls were supplied.
