- Safder (6/5): Great view decent size apartment But Parking is a pain also taking lift takes 20minutes - I really liked the view of the property; it was great to see the whole city, and the unit is of decent size.
The worst part is finding parking. You don't find parking easily, and the closest one is 200m away, closing by 10pm
When you arrive, it's hard to find parking outside. There should be a parking area allocated for dropping off luggage. Good luck if you're with small kids or have luggage.
The second worst part is waiting for the lift! It takes 20 minutes to get to the apartment during the daytime, especially in the morning and afternoon. You need to line up for 20 minutes! That was another headache for me. View from the apartment and also decent size with two bathrooms

- Susan (10/5): Could happily live here! - Communication with the host was excellent. Everything in the room was well stocked. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Views were amazing. It’s right across the Station and easy to get to Marvel Stadium.

- Carla (9/5): Great location and beautifully appointed apartment - Location is exceptional and the apartment has everything you would need. Comfortably sleeps 2 individuals or couples. The beds are a tad uncomfortable.

- Reinier (10/5): Amazing view and great location! Comfortable, close and convenient. Great for a group of 5-6! - Visited Melbourne with a group of friends for a holiday. Location was close to everything especially being right next to the southern cross station and tram. Trams were free within the tram free zone so it was easy for us to use transport when needed. We didn't get the chance to experience the pool, sauna, gym and steam room but it was very nice. Can definitely swim even during the winter as it is an indoor pool. For a group of 5-6 this is the right place for you. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and 1 sofa bed (sofa bed was easy to assemble and reassemble). Loved how there were 2 bathrooms as it was easy for us to change/shower in a group of 5. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing! Highly recommended. The hosts were very lovely through messages. Easy to communicate and provided us with step by step instructions when checking in and checking out. Check in was very smooth. We also requested a late check out and they were more than happy to provide a late check out which I am very grateful for as our flight was not until the afternoon. Apartment included all the necessities needed including iron board, clothes rack for your laundry, cooking materials, cutlery, plates, towels, shampoo, conditioner etc... Overall, highly recommend!! Only issue was one of the blinds in the lounge room were very hard to pull so you have to be careful when pulling it down. Otherwise, no other issues as everything else was perfect.

- Barr (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely check for vacancies on our next trip to Melbourne. - The location was a huge plus, being close to a major transport hub and providing easy access to the city centre. The room required minor maintenance attention. The pull cord for one of the lounge room blinds was malfunctioning, preventing it from being fully lowered, which could disturb the sleep of someone on the sofa bed.

Excellent bathrooms and a nice little enclosed balcony off one of the bedrooms was good. The unit is very compact with a small kitchen. Most cooking utensils are available but a few more bits and pieces would be good like a colander.
