Falta de privacidade, poeira porque fica em frente uma via bem movimentada e o que mais pesou pra minha avaliação foi que as coisas dão choque. Você abre a porta da varanda e leva um choque, você vai jogar lixo e leva um choque, vc vai colocar roupa pra lavar e adivinha? Você leva um choque antes de abrir a porta da máquina.. e a máquina de café não funcionou bem

- David (2/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Size of apartment was fine. Facilities in the apartment were decent - EXCEPT VENTILATION! No air: AC didn't work for most of the stay, had to buy my own fan and set it up and still have not been refunded (despite promises to the contrary). Management is very irresponsive.
