• Ralph (8/5): Clean, modern, spacious apartment in a well-connected area - Modern, clean, spacious apartment: high ceilings, large windows, modern kitchen with a small but complete set of tools, pots and dishes. Lots of wardrobe space. Modern heating/ac system with thermostats in many separate zones. Electronic keys (open using phone app) that were perfectly working. The bathrooms have no appropriate exhaust systems. (High humidity; paint is starting to come off.) Overall slightly run down / lack of maintenance: Wardrobe and cupboard hinges corroded or defective, kitchen lights not working, remote control for (ceiling mounted) kitchen exhaust not working, many of the roller blinds not working.

• Manuel (8/5): A beautyfull flat with some deficit in the details - The flat was quiet new, modern, had a lift, everthing what we need. The host was easy attainable by eMail and phone. Location in London was good and in few minutes we could reach the public transport, restaurants und shops We had been a little bit confused that some equipment in the flat was defect and not repaird. For example both toilet paper holder had been not in place and should newly assembled. Also in one bathroom we could not prevent the smelling from the shower drain. There was no Hoover or Broom in the flat clear the floor.

• Adi (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is perfect and has everything you need and more. It was far beyond our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay. We found the apartment to be very clean and accommodating. Everything worked well, and we had zero problems. We also loved the check-in experience and the whole "vibe" of the building (and the amazing lift). The apartment is modern and neat and is close to 2 different tube stations, as well as a bus stop that is just underneath the building. We will definitely come again! It is a bit noisy from the traffic outside in the afternoon, but it didn't bother us so much.

• Mcalpine (9/5): Very modern. Clean and comfortable apartment. - Close to all major attractions, easy to Uber everywhere. Clean and comfortable. Lots of construction on both sides of the building but didn't bother us much.

The pillows could be softer The check in time had a delay, and for someone that flew all night long and was expecting to rest, it was an issue.

• Catherine (10/5): Great apartment in central London - This was a great find for us -perfect location in central London. The apartment was quiet and really clean. Handy for walking to many places, but close to the tube too. Communication from the host was excellent. Great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and facilities to cook. Lovely selection of teas, coffee and toiletries too. Great value for money. We would definitely stay again!
