• Soh (9/5): Good for family trip. - Thanks for the host when change for the contact for check in. Location very good and convenient, lobby got provide vending machine and message chair. Easy to access to the property when received the qr code. Very late to receive the confirmation from host, almost 1pm. These make who travelling feel nervous for how to check in for the property.

Staff were helpful in providing the information required to check in and check out, the process of which was very convenient. Could have been cleaned slightly better. When we reached the property, I think the cleaner just washed the toilet, the toilet bowl n floor was wet. Should provide a slipper in master toilet. Toilet roll was only half for one toilet and the other toilet was less than half, owner came with another one roll but was insufficient, we bought from Watson. Hopefully owner should at least place 1-2 extra toilet roll in the toilet.
• Yee Li (10/5): Clean and cosy unit. The host is super friendly and helpful. - Was given a 17th floor unit. It's clean and cosy, well organized. Check in instructions was clear and fuss free. Security guardhouse also friendly and helpful. The unit has a water dispenser which is a plus. And the host, Mandy is very helpful and friendly! The unit given was not as per pictures. Some of the furniture are a bit old but functionable.
• SITI NABILA (10/5): Nearby to Opero Hotel and Midvalley Southkey. - Clean nearby to town area. Very close to Midvalley Southkey, Security, haha they don't understand proper English. No good eye contact. Our friend wanna visit us cannot come in, except must get QR for walk in into apartment area. But, since we are late and busy for next event, we do not contact the owner. Owner very nice and give full cooperative. Instruction is clear from start communicating until check out. Other than that all is fine.
• Vivian (9/5): Great and clean place with helpful host! - The checkin instructions are clear and easy to follow. The unit is clean, comes with hot water dispenser and microwave. The host Mandy is helpful and responsive to the message. Mid Valley shopping center is just few minutes walk away. Famous Hai Kah Lao is nearby too. We had a power failure on day 2 which we later found out that it was a scheduled maintenance from 10am - 5pm. It was not a problem for us as we have planned a whole day activities. But it may not be the same case for others. It will be good if the host can inform the tenant in advance. Thank you.

• Constance (8/5): Great host and location! - Mandy provided clear instructions for check-in and was readily contactable throughout the stay. Apartment was in good condition with no bugs with basic amenities provided. Security was tight but additional padlock provided was very much appreciated. Great location with tasty coffeeshop downstairs. Unfortunately, aircon started leaking in 1 bedroom on the last night. We were able to make do with the ceiling fan.

There’s a water dispenser that dispenses hot and cold water, very convenient. There’s also a washing machine. It would be nice to have some detergent as it is not convenient to buy just for 1/2 days. The smaller bedroom was stuffy and next to corridor, the aircon blows directly on the bed which is not good for sleeping. The common toilet had a water problem after a shower, so need to use the master bedroom instead.

Created a qr code but was not able to access fast due to the long queue. Need to show the phone to guard to scan the qrcode each time accessing in and out of the premise. It's a hassle if you need to be quick. No temporary parking while waiting to collect the unit keys from mailbox.

• Foo (10/5): Relaxing stay at Mid Valley Southkey Mosaic - The place is clean and comes with facilities such as microwave oven and induction hob etc. There are also safety mats and floor mats in the bathroom and the curtains make excellent night curtains for a good night's rest. The sofa was especially comfortable for watching TV. N.A. except that the internet signal was a little weak at times but this not within the owner's/agent's control.

It is wheelchair accessible throughout and could accomodate a toilet commode in the shower area. Car park is bright and well maintained. There is washing machine and water dispenser which were very useful. Host easily contactable and friendly. Location is very close to Southkey mall. Would highly recommend!
• Alfred (6/5): Good for short stays - Proximity to Mid Valley Southkey (if you know the correct car park exit to take), fuss-free check in and out procedure, basic amenities provided, clean and comfortable short stay. Unit was advertised as a total of 3 Double/Queen beds (2 beds in room 1, 1 bed in room 2). However, there was 1 Queen and 1 Single in room 1, and 1 Queen in room 2, which was a letdown. Unit is on a very high floor which is a plus (better view), however the time taken to travel up and down the stuffy elevators is a minus. Building seems to have relatively high occupancy rate and elevators stop often on different floors. Do cater additional time esp during peak hours.

• Yong (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, with easy access to a nearby kopitiam for breakfast and Mid Valley Southkey for shopping and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated five people, with two toilets available — a big plus for larger groups. The kitchenette was well-equipped with plates and bowls, making GrabFood or takeaway meals convenient, and while cooking wasn’t allowed, it didn’t matter much given the dining options available. The added bonus of a water filter made warm and hot water readily accessible, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay. That said, the living room floor was sticky, which we brought to the host’s attention. We had to wear our indoor slippers during the stay. Also, as with all Airbnb stays, it’s best to bring your own toiletries, as the ones provided are quite basic.

Gate was locked(no key given) upon checkin, had to wait another 20mins outside d unit despite already very exhausted since we left home very early morning for dis trip. WC water hose/bidet at mstrbdrm was faulty, water was leaking n sprinkled all over.

• Er (9/5): Big rooms, great for family and coffeeshop just below. - The residence was well-maintained and consisted of a living room and two bedrooms, making it suitable for families or groups of up to five people. Our stay of two nights with three people was quite comfortable. The location was highly convenient, as there was a coffee shop right next to the entrance of the condo apartment offering a variety of local food options such as char kway tiao, vege bee hoon, wanton mee, Roti Canai (Prata), and Yong tau foo. The mall is near Mid Valley Southkey. I took a Grab even though it's walking distance because the pedestrian paths aren't built for walking. The accommodation is on the 29th floor, and you have great views of JB, Taman Sentosa, and even Senoko. They also provided a baby chair and a baby bathtub. Mandy's check-in instructions were clear. Thanks, Mandy! It would be greatly appreciated if there were boxes of tissue paper available. I have been unable to locate them. End up I have to use toilet paper.
