• Karelle (10/5): Great modern and clean apartment perfect for the two of us. - An easy 1 km walk to main restaurant strip and beach. Very thoughtful inclusions provided within the apartment. The apartment was very clean. The apartment was at top of four flights of stairs so don’t be carrying a heavy suitcase. But the listing does note that so wasn’t a surprise.

• Cynthia-Rose (7/5): Pleasant stay - Beautiful property, bed was comfortable, owner has lots of thoughtful things throughout I.e condiments, games, books, beach bag etc to use. Very clean and tidy. Great water pressure. Location is fantastic. Owner was very responsive and had great communication. Couch is very firm and uncomfortable- consider replacing. Quite hot in the apartment being 3rd floor and no air conditioning. Fans are provided and windows were opened. Contacted owner to suggest portable air conditioner.

Can be a problem for those who need darkness to sleep. Having a few boxes of tissues around the apartment

• Sandy (10/5): Beautiful and stunning, very happy!! - Everything in the place is so well thought out; all decorations and amenities, it's all so beautiful. It's a gorgeous space that shows clear love for it in everything and they do take in the feedback that people have put up such as adding in a bedside table in one of the rooms that didn't have any. The hosts are very kind providing things like milk, water, chocolates and tea and coffee. They have everything you need in the place that you would need and keep it in fantastic condition! They provide fans, alarm clocks, heaters, iron, lots of towels and nice blankets and, there is a place to do washing. Honestly so incredibly happy with our stay and highly recommend to everyone. Small things that are a super easy fix: lights in the rooms fo flicker and the shower does need a curtain or door to keep the bathroom floor dry. The couch while nice, would suggest replacing or putting on a cover. Honestly though the place is fantastic.

• Will (9/5): Great base for a stay in Wollongong - Lovely unit with many thoughtful touches, from the hot chocolate setup to the sunscreen & beach towels. Very nicely renovated & the beds are comfy. Apartment is really well located - it’s an easy walk to the CBD, north beach & WIN Stadium. Only thing that stopped a perfect 10 rating was the bathroom light. Think it may need rewiring as it was flickering badly, so any time using the bathroom at night was a “unique” experience

We will definitely be back. - Cosy, comfortable, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The apartment is sunny, well appointed and quiet. It is a short walk to the beach and to Wollongong Centre. The bathroom light is very dim - not sure if the fluorescents need replacing. It was extremely windy on our first night and the lights kept flickering on and off. This didn’t happen once the wind stopped. Batteries in the artificial candles would have been nice.
• A (8/5): A pleasant stay in walking distance of the harbour, beach and city shopping area. - Apartment very well presented with some nice additional touches. Beds very comfortable. Towels large and soft. Very good prior information about keys/access (both lock box and door code) and parking. Good folder of information inside apartment with recommended places to eat etc. Two column heaters were provided but it took a very long time for them to warm up the apartment. Some extra throw rugs were also supplied and we certainly needed them. Hot water was just hot enough to shower without using the cold tap at all. We did have some issues with TV signal and power surges but didn't contact the hosts at the time as we were only staying for 2 nights.

• Sophia (1/5): Bad - The location During our stay, we encountered a lockbox issue that prevented us from accessing the property. We had used it correctly earlier, but later it would not open. While it's possible we may have unknowingly inserted the key incorrectly, we reached out to the host in good faith expecting assistance. Instead of simply helping, the host blamed us, demanded a $50 call-out fee, and when I expressed concern and said I would contact Booking.com, they accused me of “threatening” them. They refused to assist further unless I gave a written apology, promised not to complain, and agreed not to leave any review — or they would terminate our stay. I was left feeling pressured and distressed. Even if we had made a mistake, the response was disproportionate and unprofessional. We were never abusive or unreasonable — just guests trying to resolve a problem with access to a home we had paid for. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Guests should not be intimidated into silence or made to feel unsafe for raising a genuine concern.

• Jugovic (5/5): Annoying - Good location. Reasonable price. The decor was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Had to walk up four flights of stairs. Car park is hard to get into. The heating is inadequate. The shower has no water pressure. It was annoying to take out garbage down all the stairs with my luggage.
