• Aleksandra (1/5): Pobyt się nie odbył, a właściciel nie chciał poprosić o anulację tylko kazał to zrobić mi!!! - Właściciel kazał mi odwołać rezerwację twierdząc, że poprzednich lokatorów zatrzymała policja i mieszkanie jest przez nich zajęte. Nie zgodziłam się na anulowanie z mojej strony, ponieważ miałam opcję bez zwrotu kosztów. Właściciel zapewniał mnie jednak, że jak ja odwołam będzie to opcja bezkosztowa. Nie zaryzykowałam. Napisałam najpierw prośbę do właściciela aby wystąpił o rezygnację i wtedy obydwoje będziemy bezpieczni, ale mnie zignorował. W końcu rezerwacja została anulowana, nie wiem przez kogo, być może przez booking. Nie ryzykowałabym na przyszłość. Wszystko, nie oszukiwać ludzi.

And if you have kids it has a lovely playground next to pool aswell Fast response and extremely kind. We will definitely be staying again Nothing everything was perfect
• Anja (10/5): Enorm genoten op een topplek midden in de stad - De ligging en het zwembad is echt geweldig, ook heel fijne bedden Viel niets tegen, maar wat meer keukengerei en een afwasmachine was prettig geweest
• Ruth (9/5): Clean, tidy, good value for money. - Place was clean, beds were comfy and looked like the pictures and good value for money. Simon the property manager was super helpful, and waited around for us for check in even though our plane was delayed - he also gave us a heads up on the delays from Street closures. Pool is bigger than it looks. There was some construction going on it the building, but we were given a heads up about it - and it only is for a few hours a day - didn't bother us as we were out and about.

• Thuy (9/5): Excellent location, spacious apartment with a wonderful accommodating host - Our host Thao was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location. Nothing that I disliked, but some suggestions would be getting some hooks to hang the towels in the ensuite and a tea towel and dish rack for drying dishes would be beneficial

• Diem (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The apartment was spacious and clean. The pool was brilliant, and the location was excellent. I stayed with my family from rural Vietnam, and they loved the experience. The host was reachable and explained everything and had someone meet us to go through everything. On the 1st day, we were asked to make payment, which was fine, but their card payment machine wasn't working. I didn't have enough VND and couldn't do a bank transfer to a foreign bank. I couldn't negotiate to make payment the next day, so I had to ask my relatives to transfer for me, which was a scramble to get a large sum of money at the last minute. Better communication regarding payment would be useful as it was advertised card payment could be made. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

• Van (10/5): Price and location wise one of the best - Apartment was very good and just like in the pictures. Which is already a huge plus. Location is excellent, close to everything. Apartment is very clean and spacious and Thoa is helpfull. There was some construction on other floors during the day, but we didn't really mind cause we went outside a lot. Price wise you can't get any better than this. Would definitely go here again. 2 recommendations: the showerheads should be able to be adjustable angles. Now it's spraying at a fixed angle and spraying on to the shower walls instead of down. For proper shower we need the showerhead constantly in our hands. That's not ideal. Also the 3 main double beds are very good, but the foldable extra 1 person bed is too hard. Contrast between the other 3 beds is very big. But I'm sure these 2 are easy to fix. For rest nothing but positive about the stay.

• Frances (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible location within walking distance to main sites and shops, the apartment is beautiful like the pictures. Roof pools (1x toddler shallow and 1x slightly deeper infinity) offers great views and has a play area which was perfect for us as a family of 5 (3 month old, 2 year old and 5 year old). The apartment has a concierge drive through so taxi pick ups and drop offs are safe amongst the busy Saigon streets. Can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Ms Thao No negatives
• Chi (9/5): I would stay there again if there is improvement at night air-condition on elevator and lobby. - The host is very helpful and nice. They responded to any rising problems very quickly. The apartment is large and clean. Insulation is great! No noise. Good air conditioning in the room. They turned off the air conditioning at night in the lobby and in the elevator so it feels suffocating being in the elevator.

No coffee making facility The host does not accept credit cards but only PayPal and the like. The associated charges are passed on to the guest, adding an additional 4%+ to the quoted cost.

• Nicole (9/5): Great location, large pool - Very good location, perfect for an evening at the opera house and the pool is really big and nicely situated on the roof. Thao was very helpful - for example when we needed fresh towels. You should know: payment ideally with Revolut or Wise (unfortunately we didn't have this). Everything was fine - a bit more tableware would be nice.
