• Catherine (4/5): - Very near to changkat The property customer service not friendly. The curtain is spoilt, 1 room aircond not working, TV not working. There is a lot of small crockcoach in the apartment. The apartment is so badly maintained. 😪
• Geraldine (3/5): Buyer beware. - Close to eateries and shopping. Very difficult communication with the host!! Long delays or no answer when trying to contact on Booking.com, emails, text messages and phone calls. By the last 3 days.. absolutely ignored. On checking in.. many things is disrepair from broken cabinetry in bathroom, lighting, hair dryer, & towel rack. No internet despite advertised free WIFI by the last 3 days.

• 杨 (1/5): 针对住宿期间设施失效、冷气无法使用及房东推卸责任的正式投诉 Formal Complaint Regarding Facility Failures, Non-Functional Air Condi - 没有一点 never 房东长期不回复消息，几乎处于失联状态。民宿内存在多项严重设施问题： 两个房间及一个浴室各有一盏灯损坏，客厅另有两盏灯无法使用； 冰箱完全不冷； 插座存在故障，使用不久即断电，导致整间民宿频繁跳电，严重影响正常居住。 该民宿共有两个房间及一个客厅，配备三台冷气（aircon），但实际上仅能使用客厅及其中一个房间的冷气。因此，在连续四天的住宿期间，我们并未正常享受到冷气设施，与房源描述明显不符。 我们多次联系房东要求解决问题，但到场处理的仅是清洁人员（并非专业维修人员）。期间我们拨打超过六通电话，均无人接听。对方仅表示“会派人处理”，但我们实际等待超过两小时，始终没有任何后续或通知。 在处理电力问题时，房东多次将责任推卸给我们，先是指称跳电是因我们使用自带的吹风筒，但事实是我们并未携带任何吹风筒，仅使用民宿所提供的设备；随后又改称我们用电量过大，明显属于不合理指控，而非正视并解决民宿本身的电力与设施问题。 退房后，我们正式提出赔偿要求，但房东拒绝出面协调或沟通。就连 Booking 平台客服也无法通过电话联系到该房东。在此期间，我们给予超过十天的时间等待对方回应，但房东始终不愿出面处理，也未承担任何责任。 The host was completely unresponsive and ignored our messages. The property had multiple serious facility issues: Each of the two bedrooms and the bathroom had one broken light, and two lights in the living room were also not working. The refrigerator was not cold at all. There were faulty power sockets that would lose power shortly after use, causing the entire unit to trip electricity repeatedly. The property has two bedrooms and one living room with a total of three air conditioners, but only the living room and one bedroom air conditioner were usable. As a result, we were unable to properly enjoy air conditioning for the entire four-day stay, which did not match the listing description. We contacted the host multiple times to request repairs, but the person sent was a cleaner, not a technician. During this period, we made more than six phone calls, none of which were answered. We were repeatedly told that someone would be sent, yet we waited over two hours with no follow-up or updates. When addressing the electrical issues, the host kept shifting the blame onto us, first claiming that the power trip was caused by a hair dryer we brought ourselves. This is false, as we did not bring any hair dryer and only used the one provided by the property. The host then claimed that our electricity usage was too high, again avoiding responsibility instead of fixing the actual problem.
