• Andrew (5/5): Beware gushing reviews, not superb but adequate. - Convenient location, typical apartment building with good sized rooms and high ceilings. 5th floor views over the car repair shop (not complaining about that as it was fine) and city walls. Nice garden area. Quiet. Maybe the room was mid redecoration but the standard of decoration and repair was poor. The shower was ridiculously weak and needs a deep clean at the base. The owner made a song and dance about my arrival time and only cleaned the room on my arrival, for which I had indicated a not later than time as I was meeting family nearby (hence my choice of this apartment) but my biggest gripe is with other reviewers and booking.com as this accommodation does not merit a 9.2 rating, maybe 7 max due to location, and is very misleading. Either reviewers have very different standards or the rating system should be revised. This is three star accommodation not five.
• Susan (9/5): Relaxing and quiet after a long day of sight seeing. - The room was nice, plenty of storage, updated bathroom. AC worked great, but mostly had it off and the window open. The building had an old fashioned lift (very cool). There is also a shared outdoor patio. The property owner was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions before and during my stay. I walked to the Coliseum! The place is out of the fray of city center in a nice area.

• Miyagawa (8/5): Totally super! - Host was really kind. Nice vintage elevator. Near from subway and bus station. They had kitchen, pot and refrigerator in shared place. Also in the private room they had clean shower and shampoo, dryer. The room was also pretty clean and comfortable! The shower room tended to be humid and water pressure was weak a little.

• Veronica (9/5): Just the right way to enjoy Rome - Host was super kind and extremely flexible accommodating my check-in time. My room was spacious and clean. The shared kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is a gift. Location very good, close to the metro. The kitchen could be a little bit cleaner, but honestly it also comes down to the politeness of people using it. Probably I wasn't lucky with people sharing the flat with me that weekend.
• Serah (10/5): When in Rome, we'll be staying at La Rosa di Roma! - Marco was an amazing host, very welcoming and friendly, he gave us recommendations for restaurants and cafes in the area, interesting things to check out and do during our stay. He even let us borrow an umbrella and keep our luggage there after checkout before our evening train out of the city. The location is great, in a quieter neighborhood out of the really touristy areas, but still within walking distance to the Metro, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and a nice little park for strolling. We were charmed by the beautiful courtyard and antique elevator upon our arrival. The room and private bathroom were clean and well suited to our needs, the bed super comfortable, and the common area had a kitchen and rooftop dining area for making coffee, eating a snack, or just having a relaxing break from all the tourist activities. I can't imagine a better place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place a little farther from all the hubbub of the touristy spots, but still accessible for sightseeing and enjoying Roma!

• Nurzhan (10/5): Excellent! - Owner hospitality is out of the charts. It was really great experience for 3 days trip to Rome. From the first day, owner of the place explained steps to enter the apartment and provided help for any situation. When we were checking out owner offered us coffee.
