- Juan (10/5): Great house on the beach for a large family gathering. - There is a lot of space for a large group. The pool is a good size, great temperature, and had a good balance of shade and sun. The views from the 3rd floor are spectacular. There were also great amenities such as a foosball table, a ping pong table, and arcade style video game consoles. The rooms are decent size with plenty of room for large groups, and each floor has several bathrooms. There is plenty of parking for at least 5 cars in the driveway. The house is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from the beach depending on which beach you want to go to, and its near areas to go walking. There was a good amount of outdoor seating but a little more outdoor seating would have been nice.
