• Branka (8/5): Clean, modern apartment in a good location, needs some small improvements - Very nice, small apartment, has everything you need, it's modern and very clean; enough towels, good airco and Wifi and two giant flat screen TV's. Cute kitchenette with some basic utensils, pots, pans, plates etc with a small seating area next to it. Location is great too: shops, cafe's and restaurants all around. The water cooker and heating plate didn't work, so no coffee or tea in the morning (and no ability to cook if you want that). There was no manual for the TV's and the one in the bedroom was in Arabic, so I couldn't use that one. There is no view: the apartment is packed right up to a Buildings nextdoor, with just one window in the bedroom giving natural light. It was a bit noisy: the neighbors were fighting all the time and you can hear them shout through the walls. Downstairs door key did not work. Usually the door downstairs is open, but if it's closed, you'll have to wait for somebody to come out to get into the apartment. 😬

• A (10/5): Sparkling clean and excellent guest service! - The property is very close to the airport, it is just perfect in terms of amenities and attention to detail and is sparkling clean. The team is very attentive and prompt whenever I request something; they do it very swiftly. All went well, nothing I did not like.
• Christina (5/5): Extremely poor communication from host which almost left me looking for another property at midnight - Sadly, although the apartment itself is great, the host communication is so poor. I cannot recommend :( It was very well decorated and clean. It had a renovation so it was modern and well styled. However, the property management company uses an automated system to send you check in information and although I filled out the information complete, I was never sent the code to enter. More so I had been sending messages to the management company on WhatsApp and via booking.com during the entire day because I had a couple of questions in general about extending the stay etc. I never received a response from them. I was then locked out of the condominium at midnight and stranded there. After I sent about 20 different messages, I received the code and a polite apology. We were finally in communication and I entered, but then I did not receive any responses to my messages that I continued to send regarding extending the stay until the next night, again. This is not a single person, but an entire property management company. To not receive any replies is not acceptable. Especially after the bad experience I had on the first night. It was surprising to me I was ignored after that as well. It is a shame as the apartment itself is very nice. But unfortunately, I would not recommend booking. In a big city like Cairo, where things are quite hectic and properties can be a little difficult to find It is best to find a host who is 100% communicative. Very poor communication from host, nonexistent.

• Tercio (7/5): Good - Inside the apartment is amazing. Every thing new and working It was vary complicated to find and get the key. The return of the warranty deposit was complicated. I need to take airplane airplane early, and nobody was there as they promised
