• Elliot (1/5): Good location- poor facilities- - Location is great The furniture is falling apart and the property is nothing like the pictures on booking.com - shower is broken - sofa arms fell off when my daughter touched them - kitchen tap is so lose you can hardly use it and the stairs up to the apartment- the carpet is lose so you can’t see the steps - completely fake representation of the luxury apartment

• Ismael (1/5): HORRIBLE! CUCARACHAS, SÁBANAS SUCIAS, SOFÁ ROTO! QUÉ NO OS ENGAÑE! - Nada. Experiencia horrible. No estaba limpio, olía muy muy mal, había CUCARACHAS y las sábanas no estaban cambiadas, SUCIAS y a pesar de indicar todo, no se hizo nada. La única solución fue salir del alojamiento a las 23:30 de la noche un grupo de 8 personas. Además, no estaba preparado para 8 personas si no para 6, y el sofá estaba ROTO, no se podía dormir ahí. Insalubre y cero higiene. Todo. Horrible.

• M DOLORES (1/5): Un desastre, limpieza fatal !!! - La ubicación es lo mas destacable Un desastre a nivel de limpieza , no estaba limpio el apartamento solo vistieron las camas , ademas con ropa de cama sucia de restos biológicos no quiero saber que seria , basura de los anteriores huéspedes , restos de comida , el baño q lo a acababan de utilizar con toalla a modo de alfombra mojada .. y bolsas de ropa sucia en la entrada , muy mala imagen solo llegar … en fin un verdadero caos Nos pusimos en contacto con el personal y no hubo respuesta alguna , creo q merecemos una compensación ya q l tarifa que pagamos es por un alojamiento en condiciones y la limoieza es básico y muy importante, somos usuarios de booking y nunca nos habia pasado algo asi… Ademas mobiliario roto , en fin un desastre en ese aspecto … Nos gustaría que hubiera una respuesta del alojamiento ya que primero pensamos que podría habérseles pasado limpiar pero ante La pasividad y la falta de respuesta exigimos una disculpa de alguna manera . Gracias
• Sarah (3/5): I would not stay here again - Location of this property was the only thing going for it. Really close to Earls Court underground station so very easy to get around the city. The photos don’t reflect the true picture of this property. It wasn’t very clean. Dirty carpets. Towels smelt like they had sat in a damp cupboard for a long time. Only one shelf in the oven so difficult to cook for a family. No teatowels provided. Bedroom too small to open wardrobe at the end of one of the beds so hard to hang up clothes. Mould over the bathroom ceiling. Washing machine broken and smelt like it hasn’t been used for a long time. Flat is up four flights of stairs with loose carpeting so had to be careful walking up. I could go on but let’s just say I would not stay here again…..
• Antonio (3/5): PESSIMI (Appartamento e Booking) - Quartiere tranquillo e metropolitana vicina Le fotografie dell'appartamento non rispecchiano assolutamente la realtà, ritocatte oppure scattate qualche anno fa (Allego una foto di com'è realmemente). Odore di chiuso e vecchio già come si apre la porta. La pulizia lascia a desiderare...ma il peggio è l'igiene. La seconda sera mentre il mio bambino di 1 anno giocava sul parquet, da sotto il divano spuntano 2 blatte. Sì, proprio così, 2 blatte, una delle cose più disgustose che si possano trovare in una casa. Potete immaginare cosa sia stato passare la notte e quella seguente nella speranza che non ne usciserro altre e soprattutto che non ce ne fossero nei letti. Ho inviato la foto al proprietario che si è prontamente scusato, ma che alla mia richiesta di trovarci un albergo nelle vicinanze, ha risposto che non poteva e che al massimo ci avrebbe rimborsato una notte nel caso in cui avessimo lasciato l'appartamento. A dir poco allucinante il servizio di Assistenza Clienti di Booking che ho cercato di contattare la sera stessa per avere aiuto....che mi ha risposto dopo 10 giorni, con un messaggio, dicendo che non è possibile avere un rimborso (che non gli era neanche stato richiesto).
• Taylor (7/5): Enjoyed my stay - Property was clean, comfortable and location was great, only five minute walk to Earl’s Court station so handy for tube. Property is on second floor up 4 flights of stairs. Some of stair carpet loose so had to be careful when coming in and out. Quite small if you were to try sleeping 8 adults (fortunately only four of us).
• Helen (5/5): Family city stay with easy access to central London. - The central location and space for our family group. The bathroom decor was a little tired and the rooms are small but for London location and price it was perfect for our needs.
• Wissam (10/5): Would definitely stay there again! - Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and it was the perfect atmosphere in a lovely area. The host was so polite and even after leaving a lost item there, we easily managed to contact him to retrieve it!
