Guest Reviews
- Michael (9/5): Christmas and New Years Eve trip was awesome and a great location to site see everything you want to see! - Location was great, easy to get to transportation. Doors can be a little tricky to lock and unlock. But once you figure it out, it’s easy!

- Pui Yee (5/5): Overall, the location and facilities are positives, but the cleanliness and hot water supply need serious improvement to - The location of this apartment is excellent, very convenient with easy access to transport and amenities. Having both a kitchen and a living room made the stay much more comfortable than a standard hotel. The host’s responses were also very quick and helpful, which we appreciated. 1. Cleanliness was below expectations. The bedsheets and duvet cover had a damp, unpleasant smell, which felt as if they had not been properly washed.
2. In the kitchen, there was still a Tesco croissant left on the counter when we arrived, and the freezer compartment was completely iced up, making it impossible to close the door.
3. The biggest issue was with hot water. Our family tends to shower at night, but after just two people had used the shower, the remaining ones had no hot water and had to take cold showers. On another night, hot water suddenly ran out in the middle of a shower. It seems the boiler may only heat water at certain times, but for guests, it is really disappointing to pay this much in London in 2025 and still end up having to take cold showers.

- Cheng Bin (8/5): Flat in a nice neighborhood and easy to reach everywhere in touring London - The apartment is located in a nice area with many restaurants and shops (mostly closed before 11pm, so the neighborhood is not noisy). It is only 2 minutes' walk to Jubilee line and a supermarket is near-by. Very convenient to grab something when you get off the train. The management always reply fast even late at night and we appreciate that. It was an old building that took a real key to open the front gate (no digital lock). So we had to have a discussion about who took the key everyday and whoever came home first needed to go downstairs to open the front door for the ones who came late.

- Ralph (7/5): Good location, a little tired, but worked well for what we needed - Well located 100m from Southwark station. Plenty of bars, restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. Southwark is on the Jubilee Line (Tube). There are a few steps up to the front door of the apartment block, but there is a lift up to where the apartment is. Slightly odd to have to go to a convenience store to collect the keys and as others have mentioned we also paid a damage deposit on our credit card, which worked out fine, but Booking.com provide insurance cover so I'm not sure what that is all about. The flat itself is fine, a bit tired and the bathroom isn't the best, but for us the location was what we needed.
