• Ricky (1/5): Clean but uncomfortable - Location was great. Apart from the beds most things didnt work well or uncomfortable. Shower pressure was terrible, couch and chairs very uncomfortable, blinds didnt cover windows properly, it was a pain returning keys, dryer didnt work well, dishwasher soap lid seemed broken, rooms small for price and hallway on lvl 15 smells bad. Gym not worth the visit, pool was nice but spar very cold. No Netflix etc.. but could use internet and YouTube.

• Florina (6/5): We are happy with the apartment and had to pick up point and disembarking is on the main road. Off this apartment not or - Location is good We are happy with the apartment cause it’s in CBD but we still needed to walk to central station !!!

• Jane (5/5): The location was good, but we won’t be returning - Good location The cooking facilities were inadequate for a family of 6. The microwave door was broken. The drain in the ensuite shower was blocked. The landing outside the lifts stunk like garbage

• Per (9/5): Nice apartment, central location - Very nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds. Central location with parking space for one car. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions. Instructions for finding the parking were incorrect (wrong street name), but the hosts responded quickly (and provide a video showing how to access the parking) so it was resolved to my satisfaction.

• Kristy (8/5): Lovely, spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location close to Spencer Street Station. - Lovely, spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location close to Spencer Street Station. 3 spacious bedrooms and very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds with extra bedding and great pillow choice. We had a lovely girls weekend away here and could walk or tram to everywhere we went. Nothing, other than the key pick up and drop off was a bit of a nuisance with lack of parking nearby. A lock box at the property would be easier when travelling alone by car.
• Shahn (9/5): Very comfortable stay in a convenient location. - Fantastic location, close to Southern Cross Station, walking distance to Bourke St mall (or easy to catch a tram as it is up hill on the way back! Lots of food options nearby. Very comfortable stay We could hear music from a pub or a club until late on Friday or Saturday night, so if you're a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs. Normal city noises.

• Kian Wah (8/5): value for money. near many amenities. - spacious and clean. the food around the apartment were very good and reasonable, especially the hongkong and korean food. there is only 1 aircon/heater in the living room. there is no aircon/heater in the sleeping rooms. the beds had no heater blankets.

• Vickie (6/5): Unit was nice, good size and location - Good location Very difficult picking up keys from 2 separate locations would have been a lot easier if they were all together. The fobs were not working properly found the second set in room to use that fob
• Melissa (10/5): Loved it, location was awesome to enjoy Melbourne - We loved our stay at this accomodation for a surprise 70th birthday weekend away for our Mum. The location was fabulous, and convenient for all of us travelling from inter and intrastate as it’s very close to Southern Cross train station. Amazing food options, close to DFO, massages, bars and entertainment, and just a short walk to South Bank and Crown also. We will definitely keep this option open for future stays in Melbourne. Communication with the host was promptly responded to, and where possible they were able to facilitate an early check in, which was great as we had guests arriving early morning from the NT. Thanks again guys :)

• Zoe (7/5): Good - Good location with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The complex itself is a bit smelly and maintenance required and gym updated. The master the bedroom door was broken off hinges and didn’t close, toilet seat broken. The room could have a better clean with lots of dust on counter and dirt under beds. But sheets and bedding was clean. You do need to walk quite far to collect the keys so do put that address in first.
