Der Zugang zum Appartement ist unkompliziert und die Lage ruhig Das Matratze des Betts im Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich durchgelegen und sollte ersetzt werden. Der Boden im Badezimmer war klebrig. Im Wohnzimmer roch es nach Zigarettenrauch.
