Hernan (6/5): Boa,porém pode melhorar - Localização é ótima É um flat muito descuidado, desorganizado, tudo bem, é um flat pra aluguel diário, porém tá muito mas muito desorganizado, poderia ter tido um pouco mais de ambiente de hogar, de casa mesmo. Porém serve para o que eles trabalham, aluguel diário.

Leticia (10/5): - Flat perfeito! O proprietário foi super atencioso e ainda liberou uma vaga na garagem. O condomínio conta com piscina e academia, e a localização é excelente, fica pertinho do supermercado Guanabara. O flat estava impecável,limpo, cheiroso e com um chuveiro ótimo. Nada a reclamar!

Viviane (7/5): o que salvou a estadia foi a localização e a simpatia da senhora da limpeza. - Localização, atendimento da recepção e da funcionária da limpeza. Apartamento está em mau estado de conservação, metais do banheiro oxidados, fogão em péssimo estado com queimadores totalmente enferrujados, geladeira muito antiga e fazendo barulho a noite toda, móveis precisando de manutenção, uma das cadeiras estava quebrada. Roupa de cama de baixa qualidade (exceto toalhas), proprietário deveria fazer uma reforma urgente.

Kelly Patrícia (1/5): Apto péssimo!!! - Já me hospedei neste condomínio outra vez mas em.outro apto. Na hospedagem anterior, foi tudo excelente. O apto era ótimo. MAS DESTA VEZ o apto era muito ruim. Mobília velha, descascada...ausência de tomadas, banheiro bem ruim...enfim...só fiquei la pq ja era tarde, e depois de 7 horas de viagem eu não tinha condições de procurar outro lugar. O APTO ERA PÉSSIMO!! Sem tomada, mobília velha, descascada...banheiro péssimo...enfim..horrível. Nem parecia q aquele apto era dentro do Mediterrâneo!!!

I didn’t like that the toilet was old and hadn’t received routine maintenance. The toilet ran over and the floor was covered with water and the contents within the toilet ran over. Requested that the toilet be replaced since it was defective. I had to stay in another hotel for the night. I wasn’t reimbursed for this and was an inconvenience. I think the situation was mishandled unprofessionally and wouldn’t book again
