• Stankovic (8/5): Would come again! - Nice, spacey apartment with necessary utilities and affordable price. Was nice and air conditioned during hot weather. The location was perfect for what we wanted, near a few good cafes and 10-15 min walk to Byward market. The only real problem we had is the bedsheets didn’t seem to be cleaned. There were stains in a lot of places and pieces of hair below the blankets from the previous guests. Improperly washed sheets were quite unpleasant.

• Ihor (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed; clean overall. There is a small utility closet next to bedroom and you can hear some equipment noise. Towels in the bathroom was not smelling good. During our stay there was a party upstairs and it was quite noisy in the night.

• Lika (1/5): Booking asks: How accurate were the photos? ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME ROOM - None All the photos shown are, as mgt said, only representation of the unit. They also sent me a Google link of photos of the unit as a 'sneak peak'. 3hrs prior my arrival time, they sent me check in instructions to a basement unit. I arrived and none of the pictures match any part of the unit, inside and out! There were windows in most living/dining/bedrooms in photos but none in the unit. Aside from that, the unit is 55 degrees cold. They said they would remotely adjust but a technician only came to fix it and powerless outlets 3 days later. On the 5th day, told.l me they will have someone install a new heat panel that will take an hour. They still sent the technician even if i specifically said it would be inconvenient as I just want to rest before my check out the next day. I have been using portable heaters that I still had to assemble instead of what was detailed as 'w central heat' unit. I disputed, sent pictures, but they tried to convince me that it is the actual unit in photos, only w camera effects. I showed it to the technician and told that it's one of the units upstairs, not the one I'm staying at. Also, a huge bug was crawling on the wall at one point! Completely falsely advertised and also told me that if I don't check out by 10am after my 6 day stay, they will I form authorities. I've expressed all the issues and more details to booking and to property mgt. I am still waiting for them answer to booking with my compensation

• Martin (8/5): Very good - The property was good and clean with all necessary kitchen appliances. The owner was very attentive. However, since you may have many guests from Europe, I recommend changing the fixed shower.

• Carmen (8/5): Quiet stay in spacious basement unit - The unit was tucked away a little and was very quiet at night. The place was spacious and well-equipped. As other people have noted already, the shower was very nice and modern. We were only there for about 12 hours so we didn't get the chance to make use of everything. There were detailed instructions on how to find the entrance - it's at the back in the basement, but we were a little confused at first, there were two cars parked in front of it, obscuring the entrance a little. Also, we arrived late in the evening and had to use a torch to find our way. Maybe some lights showing the way would be useful. As soon as we entered the apartment we noticed quite a few mosquitoes - as it felt a bit stuffy inside we tried opening a window, but there were no mosquito nets and even more came flew inside. So we kept everything closed after that, but that wouldn't have been our preference otherwise. (This was in early October 15-20 degrees).

• Synja (6/5): It’s an okay stay :/ - The location was walking distance from downtown. It’s a basement unit so there was bugs, I wish I got a picture but I just killed it and threw it in the toilet. They wouldn’t share the address until the day of check in a few hours beforehand. You are unable to control the A/C in the unit you have to contact the owner to switch it. It isn’t disclosed before booking that you need a credit card for security deposit. There is a camera at the front door.
