- David (6/5): De verhouding prijs/kwaliteit is te hoog. - Het was een mooi ingericht appartement met voldoende ruimte en goede indeling. Er was een sterke geurhinder aanwezig die uit de afvoer (douche) van de badkamer komt. Het keukengerei: bestek, borden en glazen waren niet proper. Het diepvriesvak van de ijskast was aan de kanten volledig bedekt met ijs, zodat het deurtje niet dicht kon.
- Johan (5/5): - Le logement bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, ce qui est un atout certain. La douche était peu pratique : l’eau débordait facilement et le débit était faible car l’eau devait être partagée avec l’évier de la cuisine, rendant l’utilisation simultanée difficile. Les équipements laissaient à désirer : rideau à lamelles et luminaires très poussiéreux, accessoires de cuisine en grande partie sales ou usés. Le lit de la deuxième chambre était également très bruyant, nuisant au confort. La terrasse, bien que prometteuse, n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. Le système d’entrée sécurisé par code, sans clé, s’est révélé peu pratique, d’autant plus qu’une seule clé permettait d’ouvrir la porte principale du rdc, compliquant l’organisation à plusieurs. Par ailleurs, aucune information n’était fournie concernant les règles en vigueur de la commune pour le tri et le traitement des déchets, ce qui est regrettable pour les locataires soucieux de respecter les consignes locales.
- Thomas (10/5): Schade, dass wir nur 2 Tage dort sein konnten. - Die moderne und großzügige Anmutung der Wohnung. Leider ist die Parksituation tagsüber sehr unbefriedigend. Die Höchstparkdauer beträgt tagsüber max.4 Std. Dadurch wird das Thema Parken zu einem Problem.
