- Julio Cesar (3/5): Excelente vista, porém apartamento em péssimo estado. - A localização e a vista são excelentes O estado de conservação dos móveis estava bem ruim, não tinha roupa de cama e nem de banho, os colchões pessimos. Praticamente todos ficaram com dores nas costas.
- Marcia (7/5): Außen Top ihn flop - Lage und die Nähe am Strand. Pool Bereich sehr schön Die Ausstattung war echt schlecht, kaputtes Geschirr. Die Matratzen hatten einen komischen Geruch. Badezimmer mit Schimmel, geht gar nicht.

- ABEL (10/5): Um ótima opção de férias - O apartamento é excelente, os anfitriões atenciosos , a vista é espetacular, a localização também é um ponto forte, uma boa garagem e segurança, já aluguei em duas oportunidades e pretendo voltar em breve. Os colchões e travesseiros são ruis , o condomínio é bem limitado , para hóspedes as principais atrações não são permitidas , como área de hidromassagem, ofurôs e saunas, o apartamento é excelente , mas o condomínio é fraco. Para períodos no inverno é tempos mais frios, nota-se também a ausência de uma piscina climatizada.

- Jeff (8/5): Great apartment with a couple of items to be aware of. - Excellent location with the large balcony looking directly at the ocean. Plenty of space with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a bonus bathroom in the service area. We rented during the spring. Be aware there is no air-conditioning in the dining room, living room, and kitchen areas. There is only air in the three bedrooms. It could get pretty warm in the summer. Another item to consider, and this is no fault of the apartment: there is a very busy two-lane highway between all apartments at this beach and the beach. Crossing is not a problem, but it can be a little noisy in the apartments right in front of the beach, like this one.
