• anwar (3/5): Poor accommodation - The location was ok .parkingnon Sunday was good .it is a small house with 5 bedrooms ours had 2 double bed in one medium size room . The mattress was the worst ever I had in my entire life .it had spring coming out .very uncomfortable sleep . Why can't you get some decent matress its only £150 per mattress The kitchen was ok for what it's worth Bathroom was ok to be fair could be better definitely Otherwise it was very basic. Very disappointed with the house Room size and matress it was very very poor

El sofá cama incómodo eso era una colchoneta y deforme,, la mesita era de espejo de cristal y estaba rota, solo tenía un juego de toallas en la habitación, éramos 4 personas y al pedirlas al propietario nos indicó amablemente que estaban en un cajón en la cocina.La limpieza podría estar mejor.Ha pesar de todo para hacer noche sin miramientos está bien.Cuarto de baño muy pequeño, dato curioso ....el lavamanos está encima de la cisterna del WC, imagina el tamaño.

The room had all the necessary facilities, and everything was as described. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They also clearly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated their support and hospitality. There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything was well arranged and met my expectations.

• Heiko (7/5): - Frühstück war nicht angeboten erst auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, welche Zimmernummer wir haben - wie sollten wir sonst wissen, welchen Schlüssel wir auis der Box nehmen sollen ? Die Deckenbeleuchtung in den Zimmern sind nur mit einfachen Glühbirnen Versehen.....

• emma (6/5): Perfect if your just sleeping there and you can adapt easily to your environment - The other people that were there. And the bathroom was clean. But for the price and the location I would definitely go back. Specially in London. We didn’t use the kitchen It needs a bit more TLC and a very good dust. Towels extremely too small sheets and bed covers were scratchy and the pillows you could tell were out off plump and very very flat. We stayed on two very hot nights so take a fan off some kind.

• Peter (1/5): Not acceptable for rental. - The location was excellent. The communication was good. It was tiny. The bed barely fit in the room. There was no hot water in the shower which we had to pay extra for.. We wouldn't be particularly fussy but the sleeping quarters were not anywhere near acceptable for weekend away. We ended up leaving the property and using it as storage flr our bikes (we were racing in the T100) and staying at the sunborn hotel for the last night. It was that poor. I hate giving a bad review but there is nothing positive about the place. Sorry

• James (4/5): It was cheap and one night - Cheap Someone was trying to get in using a key and was able to open the door, but the bed was against the door so they couldn't get in. Also, the room was meant to accommodate four people and it didn't accommodate four people only accommodate three.
• Kira (9/5): Convenient and pleasant place to rest your head! - The house was clean and had everything we needed to use for our 5 night stay. Contact with the people who own the place was fast and helpful... Anytime I messaged I would get a friendly reply answering my questions. Also convenient location for going to Comic Con and into London over the weekend. If we come back next year/later in the year for the next convention/s, I would definitely want to look into booking here again. The bed in the small room near the door would be blocking the main door if we were to put it out so we decided to share a bed. I'd maybe just replace the fold out bed with more chairs, or table and chairs. We were only using the place to sleep in, so the small rooms weren't too much of an issue overall.

• Terence (8/5): Very happy with my stay property in a nice quiet road - Various drinks supplied a little bit of ceral fully equipped kitchen for the money I paid I thought the property was exceptional and only a short walk from the excel centre My room was nice and very spacious but could have done with a lick of paint but again the money I paid for the room made it exceptional good value and I would recommend this property to anyone going to an event at the excel centre

• James (4/5): Thought I booked a hotel, turned out to be a cheap house conversion. - It was obviously a newly converted house, clean but done on a super tight budget. The bed was horrible, with odd planks underneath the thin mattress. Not great at all. The whole thing. Location was near Excel.
• Judith Vasey (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing we didn't stay it was awfull dirty freezing no heating working we had to find somewhere else to stay at 9 pm at night people lived in some rooms the bathroom was shared with a number of people stuff in there soap razors etc we just could not stay there even for 1 night we were all very upset with the whole experience plus we had to.pay out again to stay somewhere worst experience ever I asked to man if he would give us some sort of refund but he said he couldn't he was only the manager Everything
• Amalfitano (1/5): - Decimo girone dell’inferno La mia terrificante avventura in questo posto comincia il 3 dicembre 2024 quando, a poche ore dalla partenza dell’aereo, l’host dell’alloggio prenotato mesi prima ci cancella la prenotazione. Nel panico, io e i miei compagni di viaggio decidiamo di prenotare l’alloggio alternativo consigliato dallo stesso Booking. Dalle foto la casa sembrava adatta a quattro persone, con una camera, un salotto, il bagno e la cucina. Dopo aver prenotato, senza più possibilità di disdire e di essere rimborsati, l’host ci comunica che la cucina è in comune con ALTRI OSPITI che occupano le altre stanze e che, tra l’altro, di mattina potrebbe anche esserci la presenza di muratori che svolgono lavori di manutenzione nel giardino (sul sito non c’era nessun riferimento a questo inconveniente). Una volta arrivati all’alloggio ci rendiamo immediatamente conto che ciò per cui abbiamo pagato è un qualcosa di completamente diverso da quello che ci è stato dato. Il pavimento del corridoio e della cucina sono coperti da buste dell’immondizia nere piene di polvere, stato in cui resterà per i due giorni a seguire. Capiamo rapidamente, poi, che il “salotto” proposto sul sito non è altro che un’altra delle altre stanze affittate ad altre persone. Speranzosi che almeno la stanza sia come ci aspettiamo dalle foto, apriamo la porta e ci troviamo davanti un tugurio adatto più a due persone che a quattro, figuriamoci poi con 4 grandi valigie. Si entra direttamente in quella che è stata la mia “camera da letto” per sette giorni: uno spazio minuscolo in cui a stento entravano le nostre valigie, con un letto a chiusura (e non un divano letto come mostrato dalle foto) che una volta aperto occupa tutto lo spazio finendo contro la porta del bagno, che quindi non risulta usufruibile durante la notte né da me né dai miei amici. Il bagno minuscolo con un lavandino che sembra un giocattolo per bambini, impossibile lavarsi la faccia o i denti senza allagare tutto.

• Krzysztof (1/5): Don't - Nothing That was a big mistake of mine. Finally the smell of synthetic air refreshers made me wheeze and I left the place after about an hour. And I drove home. My trip failed completely.
• Edyta (4/5): Jak na jedną noc jeśli się przyjeżdża na wystawe w Excel jest ok z tą cenę, - Obiekt w lokalizacji dobrej jeśli chce się odwiedzić Excel Londyn gdzie są organizowane największe wystawy w Londynie np.100 lecie Disney czy F1 .Piechotą jest około 20 minut do obiektu i również do stacji metra . Dzielnica w której się znajduje jest to stara dzielnica portowa , bardzo brudno ,dość stara zabudowa głównie szeregowa .Jeśli chodzi o przyjazd na wystawę i jedną noc jest ok. Dość łatwe zameldowanie kod do wejscia który dostaje się na meila oraz klucz do pokoju w skrzyneczce w srodku budynku..Ogolnie taki zwykły szeregowiec z 3 pokojami i łazienką na górze , na dole 2 pokoje i kuchnia , Ogólnie brudna okolica dość ponura i pusta szczególnie jeśli wraca się po ciemku wieczorem . Pokoje czyste pościel i ręczniki dostępne co prawda na dwie osoby dostaliśmy tylko 2 ręczniki jeden większy a drugi malutki. W pokoju jest szafa z lustrem mała półka i jest ciepło, grzejnik sprawny. Natomiast w oknach duże szpary których nie dało sie domknąć .Łazienka jedna na pietrze wyposażenie ok ale mimo załączonego grzejnika zimno , ten sam problem z zepsutymi oknami które sie nie domykały.

• Adewale (10/5): Just to say , I am coming back again and again. It is really a great place. - A lovely place, it ticks all my boxes of an excellent place. Great place. Perfect location, very clean facility, quite affordable, compared to the worth of the services and place. Staff on hand to answer every request prompt and access is perfect. Nothing. Everything was on point. I didn't see any minus in this place.

• Stanton (1/5): DO NOT stay here, terrible property - I booked this accommodation because of its cheap price and proximity to Excel, but quickly regretted that decision. The walls were paper thin, so I could hear the other parties staying there (four others total) including coughing and talking loudly late at night. The windows did not close all the way, so I could hear all the noise from the street as well. The curtains were cheap and did not block out the streetlight at all. There were spiders in the room and bathroom and a moth in the room. There was only a hand towel provided for each guest, which still had the tag on it (not clean or washed). The bedsheets smelled bad. I could not fall asleep with the smell, noise, and light, so I left soon after arriving to stay at a hotel without any of those issues. It is not worth the low cost to stay there.
