• Lorenzo (8/5): Cozy Basement (proprietario al piano sopra) con affaccio su piccolo giardino - Casa molto accogliente, letto comodissimo, cucina abbastanza funzionale, tutto molto pulito. Zona giorno molto piacevole e luminosa anche perché l’unica dotata di grande finestra sul giardino che in primavera deve essere molto bello. il proprietario che vive al piano di sopra è stato molto disponibile e collaborativo nella gestione di un paio di problemi segnalati. Le foto corrispondono esattamente alla descrizione. a malincuore devo dire che l’appartamento è un po’ tanto rumoroso (è un basement con pareti molto sottili) e purtroppo si sentiva tutto di quello che avveniva al piano superiore, anche fino a tarda sera. Per fortuna noi siamo stati fuori quasi tutto il giorno Attraverso le condotte di areazione del riscaldamento a soffitto inoltre arrivava in certi momenti molto forte l’’odore del cibo cucinato al piano superiore. Anche la posizione risulta un po’ isolata, non ottimale per visitare Toronto città, serve per forza la macchina. ma qui errore nostro che avevamo calcolato male la distanza al momento della prenotazione. Comunque una casa molto carina e pratica con un ottimo rapporto costo convenienza se si vuole esplorare le zone e i laghi a nord di Toronto, ma non la consiglierei come base per visitare la città stessa (nell’ora di punta ci può volere oltre un’ora ad andare/tornare in centro!)

• Darren (10/5): Cozy, spatious, and wonderful little touches! - I spontaneously booked the place on a whim for a weekend with my SO and the place exceeded our expectations! The entire apartment felt private and spatious for 2. We loved the little touches, like the thick towels, comfy blankets, strong showerhead, and a cozy pullout couch. The seemingly full sized kitchen felt unnecessary for our needs, but it was a nice touch to have. The main bed and room felt comfortable and I have no complaints! The host was also very accommodating and friendly. The entire process was seamless and we were able to access the apartment easily soon after we booked it. Highly recommend!

• Ayo Apoeso (8/5): I would recommend it. - The house was clean and cozy. Kitchen well equiped with essentials even to spices. The rooms are not bad and the host was very responsive and helpful. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. It's a bit removed from.activities and grocery. There's only one bathroom and only one tv for the whole family.

Some dirt at the kitchen, large ants(1 cm size) start coming, loud conversations and loudly working TV from upstairs, someone's hairs in some areas, someone were inside while we were away( I turned off all light when we left, but when we get back the light was on!). And it didn't look like been refurbished recently.

• Paul (8/5): A very good location and great value for the money! - Great location for exploring the Richmond Hill, Markham, North York areas & surrounds, easy to get around. Walk-out basement apartment in a great neighbourhood with a lovely wood-lined back yard. Unit was comfortable and well-lit with pot lights throughout. Cozy bedrooms and an all-in-one kitchen/TV room/dinner table provided the necessary amenities. Walking distance from grocery store and public transit. No-key door code access was very convenient! Property owner was very responsive and checked in over messenger during our stay. Kitchen was not quite as clean as hoped on our arrival (fridge and toaster needed wiping/emptying)... toaster also didn't work very well. We couldn't control the temperature of the unit so once in a while it got a bit warm at night, but leveled off during the day.

• Jane (8/5): Good little apartment. - It had good kitchen facilities and laundry room with washing powder provided. Some tea and coffee supplies also and some toiletries. Nice and warm. Clear and easy entry instructions. Lovely new fluffy towels. Not as clean as it could be: silicone round shower tray dirty, a lot of areas dusty, including skirting boards. Kettle would not turn off automatically and lid would not close, making it potentially dangerous. Could do with more storage like a bigger wardrobe with more hangers and more drawers. Described as "brand new", however this apartment had definitely been used for quite a long period of time by other occupants.

• Nayda (10/5): Exceptional - It was in a quiet location, and the space was great. Lots of basic needs were provided. The area isn't hard to find at all, and the place is cozy. It's not that I didn't like it; I just wish the quality of the kitchen utensils were a little better. Some of the pans have scratched Teflon already, and I wish the utensils( spoon and fork) were also a little better. This is just my opinion, but the kitchen is generally clean.

• Liezl (8/5): An okay stay, will still come back and recommend. - Location is close to amenities. The unit has full kitchen with washer/dryer good for family. The house probably has centralized AC but the unit is in the basement, can’t really feel the AC in the basement bedrooms.
• Atieh (9/5): Superb - The place was clean and had all the needed essentials and even more. It was quiet and comfy. If you have heavy luggage, it's a bit tiring to take them up. But yet not too hard for us. And the mattress was not firm enough for us.

The shower and vanity areas were great, but they need more stable shelving. This is not a show-stopper by any means. I highly recommend this place and will rent it again.
