- Giorgia (1/5): Pessima! - L’unica cosa: la posizione La struttura non ha avvisato che l’edificio dove si trovava la camera, che non era il principale ma lo sapevo già al momento della prenotazione, aveva un cantiere all’interno con lavori in corso. Quindi, potete immaginare, in giro muratori, pacchi, calcinacci, polvere, aste in metallo, ascensore quasi sempre occupato. Di conseguenza, la maggior parte delle volte ho dovuto fare 5 piani di scale a piedi! Aste in metallo trascinate dagli addetti ai lavori che al momento del passaggio per le scale, sono cadute e mi stavano finendo addosso! Lavori che si sono protratti fino alle 21.30 circa. Di conseguenza i rumori vi erano la mattina, il pomeriggio e la sera. Nel momento in cui ho espresso il mio disappunto, mi hanno risposto tutti, FOM compreso, che non ne sapevano nulla e che comunque non avevano camere nell’edificio principale. Allora ho chiesto all’impresa da quanto tempo fossero lì e mi hanno detto che erano lì da qualche mese. Cosi mi chiedo, un team intero del FO che non sa che dove si trovano le loro camere ci sono dei lavori in corso e un cantiere. Quindi, i guest services che aiutano con i bagagli e ti accompagnano fino alla struttura, come ci vanno ad accompagnare i clienti? Bendati? Visto che nessuno sa nulla! Il guest service che mi ha accompagnato lo sapeva bene e mi ha risposto che i lavori c’erano da un po’. Dunque, di tutto il Front Office nessuno sapeva nulla! Incredibile. Allora le cose sono 2/3: o non sapete fare il vostro lavoro, se non siete a conoscenza di quello che accade nel vostro hotel, o i guest services non comunicano da mesi con il Front Office oppure mi sa che siete dei bugiardi. In tutti i casi, non godete di ottima posizione. Visto che mettete così a rischio gli ospiti senza nemmeno avvisarli. Se io pago, voglio sapere se ci sono dei lavori ed un cantiere nel palazzo. E’ un mio diritto. Oltre al fatto di non sapere nemmeno fare ospitalità.
- Sonja (8/5): C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir à Rome ! - À souligner l’emplacement exceptionnel en plein cette ville avec la possibilité de se déplacer exclusivement à pied pour visiter les monuments et musées principaux. L’emplacement La petite taille de l’emplacement du buffet du petit-déjeuner par rapport au nombre des chambres et clients générant une attente pour se servir et limite le choix des aliments disponibles.

All the staff were very good, house keeping were fantastic 👍🇮🇪 The breakfast was ok but not great, had a club sandwich a couple of times in the roof top bar and it was fantastic. Both myself and my wife found the bed hard and uncomfortable

Les blocs de climatisation sur la terrasse sont assez bruyants c'est dommage ! Pour une 4 étoiles, revoir les peintures et l'entretien de la robinetterie abîmée dans la salle de bain ! Aussi dommage que les prix des cocktails soient aussi élevés!
