• alessandra (1/5): ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE !!!!!!! - terribile, la peggiore esperienza fatta su booking, ho sempre prenotato con loro, ma questa esperienza non è dimenticabile, un appartamento così non è da vacanza, sporco lercio, il materasso con le molle che ti entrano nella schiena e stai in pendenza, il bagno senza doccino con le blatte, un asciugamano per farci tutto, i panni non sai dove appenderli, la cucina lasciamo perdere non si può utilizzare, per non parlare del divano letto dove hanno dormito due bambini, sporco con le gomme attaccate sul tessuto e le gomme attaccate sul muro, non rispondono al cellulare, non avevamo le lenzuola del divano siamo andate a comprarle, c’era solo un sotto letto piccolo, unico messaggio che hanno mandato era per mandarci il giorno dopo a pulire l’appartamento, sì ci voleva una squadra di disinfestazione, non fatevi ingannare dai commenti positivi comeè successo a me, la mancanza di aiuto è stata vergognosa, io non so come si fa ad affittare un appartamento in questo stato, non c’era il phon i bambini dopo la doccia con i capelli bagnati, la lavatrice senza stendino, perennemente gli aspiratori accesi nelle camere perché ci sono i vetri fissi, lasciate perdere non è una vacanza, purtroppo ho potuto aggiungere solo 4 foto, state attenti non ci sono le condizioni igieniche per stare in questo appartamento sono da denuncia
• Alisha (2/5): Awful - The area The place was not clean at all I tried to make contact with booking and just got out on hold and told they couldn’t do anything I spoke with the host and they said they will get maintenance on it but nobody came I didn’t sleep on the beds because they where broken the WiFi didn’t work all in all was a terrible stay wouldn’t stay here again looks nothing like the pictures
• Arkadiusz (1/5): Pobyt był skrajnie niekomfortowy i naszym zdaniem stan apartamentu zagrażał zdrowiu. - Jedynym plusem jest fakt, że metro znajduje się bardzo blisko "apartamentu". Jedno z najgorszych miejsc, w jakich kiedykolwiek nocowaliśmy. Apartament jest zagrzybiony - pleśń widoczna dosłownie wszędzie, nawet w wylotach rekuperacji. Urządzenie działa non stop i generuje bardzo głośny, nie do zniesienia hałas. Po pobycie wszyscy mamy problemy z drogami oddechowymi, co wprost wiążemy z fatalnym stanem mieszkania. To miejsce realnie zagraża zdrowiu. Łóżka są skrajnie niewygodne, kanapa brudna i poplamiona, a do tego brak kompletu pościeli. Kuchnia praktycznie nie istnieje - kilka zniszczonych naczyń, brak podstawowego wyposażenia, niedziałająca mikrofalówka. Całość jest zaniedbana i w złym stanie. Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości. Zdecydowanie odradzamy - szkoda pieniędzy i przede wszystkim zdrowia. Dodatkowo przez cały pobyt na korytarzu unosił się intensywny zapach marihuany.

• Damilare (5/5): - Great value for money. Location was also good as it’s right across the station. Apartment was clean. I would’ve preferred that whatever repairs needed to be done were scheduled for a time the apartment wasn’t occupied. I locked up and left the keys to allow contractors gain access to the apartment to complete their repair work as advised but returned to the apartment being unlocked. Unsure why this wasn’t locked after the contractors finished whatever they had to do but thankfully I didn’t have any valuables in. I found this unprofessional and an inconvenience
• Billy (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! AVOID!!! - Absolutely nothing! This property should not be on Booking.com as it is NOT SUITABLE for rental. I rented this property as advertised as a Morden 2 bedroom apartment. When I checked into the property, there was a very loud constant noise coming from the shower in bedroom 1. I investigated it and found out that the noise was coming from the pipes / shower handle which seems to be faulty. I immediately contacted the property manager via my Booking.com App who told me to send him photos and a video to a mobile number provided, which I did. I was then told that someone will come out the following day. I also noticed that the shower in bedroom 2 was broken too. It didn’t have a shower head! In addition, the bathroom was in a terrible state and the furniture in the property was not suitable for rental. The mattress was more of springs than a mattress! The loud noise kept us up all night and in the morning, I reached out to Booking.com and also the property manager I decided to cut my rental short by checking out. I only spent a few hours in the property out of my 3 day rental! I wasn’t even offered a refund for the days I didn’t stay at the property! I recorded videos and sent to the property manager who also asked me to send it to another number which I also did. To make matters worse, after the property manager cancelled my booking with a comment of ,“No Show”! The level of deception is just simply beyond belief! My advise to anyone thinking of renting this property is PLEASE DONT DO IT!!! It’s a waste of money! It is not as adversed. You are better off going to a hotel or another property. Hopefully, it won’t be long enough for Booking.com and the authorities to shut down this property or ban it from being rented. Thanks.

Do not buy host is a con artist confirmed my booking then 40 minutes after check in time messaged me after I have been spamming for hours saying “ there has been a glitch booking has been doubled booked “ WHICH WAS A LIE they also said they would give a refund and cancel WHICH WAS A LIE too and lied to booking so I didn’t show up. Currently working on getting this listing taken down DO not pay them unless you want your money taken.

• Rose (6/5): I would like to come again - I liked that it was spacious and there was a good atmosphere, it felt homely.. I didn’t like the beds and the noise but it was okay as there were more good things than bad.
• Enenche James Audu (9/5): It’s a very nice place I would love to spend time again and again. I would recommend it for anyone. - Everything as mentioned above. It’s clean, easy to access, good location, simple and well furnished, the toilet and shower are very clean, pleasant views from all rooms. In overall, it offers an exceptional service. Worth the value of the money. There was no broom to sweep the floors buy the guest

One of the room shower head broken, Wifi router was hidden in laundry room which was not mentioned before and there was another router near TV which was not working.

The host contacted me as I ARRIVED at the property & told me that they had a glitch in their system and that the property had already been booked by someone else so it was unavailable which was a lie. They also told me that they would cancel the booking from their end which would result in a FULL refund. That was also a LIE! They have put on their system that I didn’t show up at the property hence why it was cancelled and I am still currently being charged Clearpay payments for this property. I wouldn’t recommend anyone books this property. The host is a SCAM

• Marisha (10/5): Comfy stay - Easy to get about as it was right beside station. Clean and tidy. Looks a bit tired, and beds need renewing, but it was perfect for what we needed.

• Fiona (1/5): Horrendous! Freezing cold, heating didn’t work and host did not get it fixed despite us reporting it - There was no heating in the apartment and we were freezing cold. We reported the heating not working when we arrived and nothing was done to fix it by the host. The weather temperature in London in February was really cold and heating was essential especially evenings and night when the temperature dropped more. We were uncomfortable from the cold and very unhappy that we had to endure this. After raising a complaint with booking.com the host contacted us and said they would send a contractor round but this did not happen.

There were no parking spots and we had to park in the hotel's parking lot on the other side. But we already knew this place had no parking. Also the apartment could've been a little cleaner.

• Mohammed (5/5): Elevator not working & the apartment is not decant - Adjacent to the underground. Location is good. WiFi is good. The elevator is inoperative. It was fixed on our last day. The mattress is bad quality. The linen is very old with stain on it. The bathrooms are dark which it’s very hard for shaving. The bathrooms towels are very old. No hangers in the bathrooms. The split unit air-condition is uncontrollable. No waste baskets in the apartment.

It instead had a too small flat sheet that kept moving, leaving the mattress exposed. Also, advertises a sofa bed but no proper linen.

• Thian (5/5): Passable - beds were very comfy and it was a nice quiet place to stay one of the wardrobe doors were broken and on the wall there were some stains so it’ll need to be repainted. the bathroom door at the bottom was broken so my foot got caught in it
