After bombarding me to send my passport and pay before I even arrived, which I did in a matter of 20 minutes besides being very busy trying to make my flight, I was given the run around when I asked, repeatedly, basically begged the host to confirm the pool was cleaned and that the chemicals were checked. You can see the thread. Also my passport was passed around to someone else and then not with the guards when I arrived but they called someone I hadn’t heard of who then sent it via what’s app. Not really nice to have my passport being sent all over. Pool was a shame because it was so well designed but poorly maintained and it was the only reason for paying extra and staying there. Water was full of dead wasps, the filters were clogged with bugs and grass, and the chemicals were off causing me to choke and cough. No apology was given when I provided this feedback.
