The room was clean and we really enjoyed the little kitchen set up so we bought our own snacks and drinks for the kids. My kids had fun at the pool. It was nice and quiet, too bad the hot tub wasn’t working and the breakfast was good but the wraps were really soggy be nice if it was made fresh daily other than that we had a good time. Thank you!

- William (8/5): Great value-for-money, clean, comfy and well-located. Thanks for a great stay! - We enjoyed our 2-night stay as a great base from which to explore Dinosaur Provincial Park. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was great with a spacious, bright seating area. Plenty of nearby options for eating and short drive to supermarket, laundromat and Walmart.

Breakfast had a decent variety as well as options to take for on the go. The receptionist was so frazzled and told us how awful her day was (phones were not ringing, no one else was in the lobby), how stressed she was and even started swearing. It was an awful experience in checking into a hotel and honestly can’t even believe our experience as that she is the front face of the company.

The kitchenette in the rooms is nice. The rooms are spacious. Pool and breakfast are nice add-ons. A bit weird that the eggs and omelets are presented in (zip lock) plastic bags to be heated in the microwave. We had the bad luck of having a very loud family above us that ran up and down the room starting at 06:30 AM.

Unfortunately, on our third day we finally decided that we wanted our room cleaned and it wasn’t done. Since we were the only ones in the room we didn’t think it necessary to have it cleaned each day. The front desk was very good when we asked for clean towels and toiletries to bring them right to the room very quickly at the end of each day.

- Claus (9/5): Rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel - Bei diesem Hotel hat eigentlich alles gepasst: das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, hatte alles, was man so braucht, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal rundum freundlich und einen schönen Pool gab es auch. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst.

There was no AC in the entire building but the hotel didn’t bother to give a discount on the room rate amidst the inconvenience. I am pregnant and have 2 small kids which we had a hard time sleeping overnight because of no AC.

- He (7/5): Great value and experience. - Omelets in sandwich bags are perfect for travel! The lounge is magnificent. Room was very quiet. Flies came in room right after windows were opened. The black receptionist lady was unhappy. The elevator was noisy and scary.
